"I can't speak highly enough about English Excavating, Inc. and their owners Mark and Mick English.  Their excellent reputation precedes them.  Prior to the actual work being completed, at our home, several other general contractors spoke only with superlatives regarding English Excavating's capabilities, and the owner's respected reputation in the Greater Indianapolis area.
Upon arrival, at our home, they (and their crew of three) were instantly on top of the project.  I had complete confidence in their ability to problem solve, from the beginning.  Even the president, Mark English, was on site at least once or twice a day, to check on progress and offer additional suggestions to make the outcome even better.
The excavation project was scheduled to take two days to complete.  But mid-way, English's crew discovered even more xtreme "cheats" on the emergency egress window that the prior con-tractor had installed (prior to the con-tractor's breaching our written Agreement and abandoning the job site).  It added a third complete day to the schedule.  Regardless, English's crew worked hard and steady at making certain our home (and basement) would no longer suffer the indignities we had suffered from prior massive floodings, downstairs.
A special thanks to the crew, who worked hard and diligently in very cold and occasionally snowy weather.  Throughout, they kept their sense of humor and maintained a constant pace that got the job done in the most professional manner.
English Excavating, Inc. is in high demand, due to it being a very professional company -- with skilled, knowledgeable and proficient craftsmen on board.  I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work to be done for residential or commercial properties.

"I posted a negative review the other day in frustration....today their rep called, apologized for the confusion, and insisted on finishing the original scope at no charge. Very professional and much appreciated. If I could figure out how to take down my negative review, I would!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
