David was very responsive and answered my call right away. He was able to come within a week and charged us a fair hourly rate. We was very careful in removing the mirror and did a great job patching the drywall.

I called and the owner was able to work my project in within a few days. He came promptly on the agreed day. I am having waterproofing work done in the basement and needed to have existing drywall and studs removed before that procedure could begin. He did an excellent job in less time than I imagined it would take. I will contact him again when the basement is ready for new drywall again.

David was professional and on time. He was very thorough in explaining the current project as well as future projects. He removed the glass shower door and replaced the caulk between the shower pan and tile. I would hire him again.

Great! I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived on time. The owner and Charles came together because one door was large and might require 2 people. Charles thought he could handle it and fixed everything we needed. The quality was great and the amount of time it took was less than expected. Will definitely use again!

Work was scheduled promptly. Eric did an excellent job and finished quickly. Price was very reasonable, especially considering that these screens tear off every couple of years and handymen in the past have charged some ridiculous prices.

It went very well. They got in contact right away. It took about a week to get to my repair because they were on another job. Texted me Monday about 12 Noon and arrived at 12:30PM. Bruce was very nice and took the lead in discussing what the root cause of the problem and how they were going to fix it. They were finished in an hour. So far so good. A winding day will be the real test but the awning seems secure. I would definitely hire them again.

My first project with Well Done Handyman & Home Renovations was having them handle the installation of new faucets in my home. The guy who handled the job, (Bruce) was very professional, extremely quick and above all else, friendly. He even gave me a few pointers for maintaining my faucets. He did a great job at a great price, can't wait to get these guys back over to my house for more.

As always, David and his crew did a great job on the task at hand. This time, I needed window drapes to be hung in two different bedrooms, which included professionaly measuring and leveling the curtain rod placements with installation. This time David had one of his female employees help him. In addition to this, Dave told me that I really should have my subfloor replaced in my upstairs hallway and left me an estimate, in case the landlord wanted this work to be done.

Since I have used David in the past, I decided to have David come out and do some drywall work on a wall that had several holes. As usual, he was exactly on-time, did a professional job, including awesome cleanup and was trust worthy enough that I left my home key with him to finish up as I had to run errands. I would certainly use David and Well Done Handyman & Renovations again.

As part of a porch rebuild, I asked Well Done Handyman to replace the stair and porch railings with a more modern design. I asked them to build the railings with crossbars of horizontal rebar instead of vertical wooden balusters. This is a fairly unique design and one they had not installed before. Nevertheless, they designed and built the railings I requested for two porches and two sets of stairs. It turned out absolutely beautiful and I've had lots of comments from neighbors on how great it looks. In fact, I'm so happy with how they turned out that I'm thinking about having Well Done Handyman replace the railings at the back of my house with the same design next spring!

I had rotting wood on the ceiling of my front porch (which was also the base of the second floor porch). As Well Done Handyman started taking it apart we soon realized that the entire structure was rotting and needed to be rebuilt. James had the lead on the project. He designed the second floor porch with a rubber roof and drains covered by deck boards, so that it looked great and there would be good drainage so that rotting would not be a problem again. I soon learned I could depend on James to provide excellent, high quality, detailed work throughout. The cold weather was challenging, but the team really worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the results! Can't wait to use my new and improved porches next spring!

I had significant mold growing on a bathroom wall. Well Done Handyman pulled all the fixtures out, replaced the damaged wall, drywalled, painted and installed new fixtures (vanity, toilet, mirror, and lights). The bathroom looks beautiful now! They did a great job - efficient and with care! I would definitely hire them to do this type of work again.

The workman showed up on time, was very professional and completed the work efficiently. During the installation it became clear the provided hardware was insufficient for the job, so because I was unable, he even went to tge hardware store to get tge correct lags. When he was done, he cleaned up the area and made sure I understood what he did, how abd why he did it and I had all the unused items.
