"We had a terrible customer experience. It took a full year and four--yes FOUR--tries to get it right. The first try was a defective door improperly installed. Then, over a period of another 9 months, two other doors were defectively manufactured. Twice they told us the door would be ready in three months. Twice it was not. Both of those times (keeping in mind that these were the second and third tries), we were told THE DAY THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED that it would be another three months. Finally, the FOURTH DOOR, installed ONE YEAR after we purchased and paid for it was installed. And they offered no compensation. In fact, Jordan Deeb denied compensation for the breach of the purchase agreement."

"I called the company and explained the problem over the phone. She sent two people out out but never told me there would be a charge. When they arrived, the service tech told me that the cobwebs in front of the sensors mounted near the floor of the garage by the tracks was causing the problem and that I needed to clean the cobwebs blocking the sensors. They wanted to charge me $95 to service a garage door that just needed the cobwebs cleaned from its sensors to work properly- a charge they never told me about prior to sending someone out. I spoke to the owner of the company who was very unprofessional. He basically accused me of lying and said the charge was valid."

The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

"Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."
