The installation went very well and the windows are beautiful! Dave was the salesperson who came to our home and explained everything to us. He was very thorough and led us through the installation process and costs. The team of installers was efficient and professional.

The sales rep, John, was very nice and knowledgeable. I can’t speak to the work performed yet because we’re in the scheduling process to replace the windows.

I ordered windows in April and promised in August, a change was made to the contract to add color to the outside but never informed of the delay nor told I would be expected to pay the difference in cash at the completion of the installation. The installers did a great job and were friendly and professional but management was unconcerned and dismissive about their lack of communication. The rep came to check on the installation and when I showed him the areas that needed touch-up he informed me that they would send me the touch-up paint to do myself... That is not my job on a newly installed window. The windows are expensive too, which I had no issue with but I expect customer service to be better with the cost of these windows.

Don’t do business with this company!! November 2020, David Karandos from Champion came out to our home. David was a very polite salesman. We purchased a whole door unit (door/sidelite/transom) that day. David said the install will take place in 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks had passed, I reach out to Champion multiple times to find out when the install was going to happen. Each time I called (3/27/21, 4/5/2021, 5,15,2021) I got a different answer. Supposedly, Terrell oversaw installs for the Indianapolis area. I NEVER heard from him one time! Since we were selling our home, I called Champion to get my refund on August 15th, 2021. AMAZINGLY they promised to come out September 2nd to install or door unit. Btw, that’s 36 weeks later! The install crew showed up, they soon realized the person who came and did the second measurement forgot to account for our transom. They would have to re-order a new unit or give us a refund. The installer reached out to Terrell and noted the mistake on Champion’s part. I FINALLY SPOKE WITH TERRELL! Terrell said they would refund our money. Well guess what? Its now May 2023 and after numerous phone calls and emails, the regional manager will not reach out to me for a refund. A secretary (I won’t mention her name) said these regional managers have a bad reputation for not following up with refunds.

Champion took my deposit and signed the contract on 3/17/2021. Champion has yet to start the work. It has been over a year now.. I have called many time and they always have the same response "we'll get back to you". Lately, I get stuck on hold for a half hour and then get time-out hung up... Given that NO work was performed and I gave them a deposit check in the amount of $1,866.00 It appears that they may have committed a larceny..

This is an addition to a previous review. Since the last review we've had leakage in the sunroom and they did come out and caulk and it seems to have gone away. And they left a vent open in the HVAC all winter so it cost way more to heat it. The Champion guy said he could see daylight from inside to outside. But my real problem now is they have turned this over to a collection agency and they are in the process of putting a lien on our home but there has not yet been a final inspection per the building permit so it's not done and the contract says I don't owe the final payment until it's done and it's not done. So don't use Champion unless you want the terms of their contract violated by Champion.

We had champions windows replace a front door and back patio door. The salesman that sold us the doors promised us that everything was guaranteed and if anything went wrong for any reason, they would come out and fix it for free. He also talked about the screen door would be fixed for free if a dog or a child were to go through it. He failed to mention that it cost us $100 to have anyone come out and take a look at the doors to get anything fixed. That salesman does not work for the company anymore and we are out $14,000 on two doors. The back patio door literally has a breeze that will blow my hair as I sit in the kitchen. If the door is locked, which is tough do, the draft is not as bad. The front door is also hard to lock. I have to put all of my bodyweight pushing the door to get it to lock. The only good thing would be that they the installers were quick in getting the old doors out and the new doors in. Obviously, they didn’t take the time to correct measurements. The whole reason we got new doors was due to rain leaking in the bottom of our back patio door. Now if the door is not locked, rain will literally come through the whole side of the door. This was our third hiring of Champion since last spring. The first time it was a kitchen window and patio door. The second was a four season sunroom (which they're building now). Now it was two entry doors. Aaron Willhoite was the salesman we met with this time. He was very friendly and answered our many questions about why they're doors are different then the big box stores, Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but once we figured the price in the long run wasn't much more and less headaches, we went with Champion again. Yes, we did run into delays with the sunroom, then again Corvid did cause problems everywhere. Their products have been to date high quality and would consider them again in the future for other projects. Aaron was awesome and very informative about their products and my wife got the doors she was wanting. Thanks!

We had four windows replaced on December 2nd. They were supposed to be installed by Halloween. We had to make multiple calls to get someone to respond to us as to what the hold up was. Not that we cared, we just wanted to know. We called our sales rep, but he said he was no longer with them. First red flag. On December 3rd, We attempted to reinstall our blinds that hung in these windows for 10 years and they would not fit because the windows were installed too far in on the sill. The installers removed the brackets so they should have known it would be an issue but said nothing. The windows need moved and we called on December 4th and have been calling multiple times a week ever since. It is now January 4th and we still haven't received a call back. You will eventually get a hold of a customer care rep who will gladly escalate your call. We escalated our calls to the National VP of customer care (Nick) on December 7th. No return call. We have left him multiple messages. We are now leaving Mikaela multiple messages, his right hand woman. Nothing. BUYER BEWARE! They are happy to take your money, but don't believe the service after the sale crap. We are previous customers and clearly something has happened with this company or we would have never come back for this type of service. You will sit on hold waiting to talk to someone only for the call to disconnect. I was just on hold for 20 minutes while writing this and a recording came on said "sorry, try again later" and disconnected me. I have resorted to calling everyday, and it makes no difference. DO NOT buy windows from Champion unless you love aggravation!

Aaron was prompt on the designated time and did a great job explaining the product and options that would fit the windows that I needed replaced. He was polite, friendly and displayed Covid safety practices while on the property. I have purchased Champion windows in the past and will do so in the future.

They did an excellent job and were very efficient, timely, and paid attention to detail. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

It was fine. They just did it fast. I have one crack and they redid it. They put it in and no questions to ask.

They are excellent, the crew are always on time, they worked steady and they clean up after themselves. I'm really pleased with them.

Champion windows were friendly and punctual. Our new door was installed when we were told and have had zero issues. The price was also competitive.

Paid my deposit on Oct 28th with a “start install” timeline of 4-6 weeks. The salesman Roland verbally promised me by Thanksgiving. 9 weeks later... 15 phone calls, “no shipments for 2 weeks due to holidays”, So looking at 12 weeks at the earliest = no window!!! I cheaped out and went with this company because of their false promises and slightly lower prices. Do yourself a favor go with other more qualified and reputable companies

The work went very well. Some delays due to weather and backups at their factory, but the crew was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. They always took the time to answer any of our questions. Pretty much a very good experience with this company. I will be using them again!

The service was perfect. They replaced 12-14 windows, all of the windows in my home. He explained how to use the windows.

They were great, absolutely great. The price was really good too.Their responsiveness was great. There were two guys that performed the service.
