"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"We recently moved to a 95 yr old home. We were told we had a dry basement when in fact we did not. We looked in to basement waterproofing with a couple different companies but the scope of the work and the cost didn’t feel like the right solution. We had Don come out and he was very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He recommended some things that the other companies did not. He actually talked us out of mor expensive fixes. I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
