Had Chana come clean our house prior to an open house we were having in Aug., she did a wonderful job. We started having her clean every other week. In Sep. I couldn't find a pair of shoes I wore everyday to feed the animals with. Later my daughter came and said she thought Chana was taking her clothes as she was missing several pieces. Chana was not even to be in my daughters room. They did wear the same size clothes though. Then I noticed my favorite scarf missing from my closet. In December I confronted her and let her go. My family and I have lived in the same house for 13 yrs. and never had anything come up missing like we did in the four months Chana cleaned for us. I filed a police report of the theft. In Feb. Chana was arrested on theft charges among others. I estimate she stole $1000.00 of clothes, shoes, and jewelry from us.

We have lived in the same house for 13 years and never had anything come up missing to the extent as we had in those four months that we had someone come in and clean our home. We feel violated and our trust was betrayed. This is the first and probably the last time I will have anyone clean my home. You can call me Once Bitten...Twice Shy!

Everything went very well until things started missing from my home. So far the total is 4 pair of jeans, 10 tops/shirts, 2 sweaters, 1 jacket, 1 pair of shoes, 1 scarf and 2 rings.

I was highly highly impressed. My house has never been so clean. Ive had housecleaners in the past and Miss Tidy is absolutely superb. I highly recommend them to any homeowners in the need of cleaning services. My hardwood floors had food and grime in the cracks and they cleaned that. They were fast and dependable and cleaned in places others look over. My house is over 3500 sq feet and my carpets were cleaner than any professional services I've used in the past. My oriental rug had a stain that others couldn’t get out and she was able to save my $1000 rug and that made me so very happy. I would have paid more for all the work that was done. I never thought so much would be included. The owner really sticks to her word. She’s fast and thorough and I recommend them to all.
