Signed a contract to have my 2 car garage floor resurfaced and coated. Paid required deposit and was told it would be 6 weeks out. Company supplies a trailer for you to store contents of your garage while work is being done. I had to contact company at 5 weeks because I had not heard from anyone. I was told there were not sufficient trailers available but if I could store my garage contents they could do the job next week. Then I receive a call that my scheduled day had to be pushed back because of machinery issues. Then the following day I get a call that they have reviewed the condition of my garage floor and it is too far gone to handle the resurfacing process. Total incompetence ! Awaiting the return of my deposit.

Inside water damage - the fellow. Matched my paint, when I couldn't do it. It took four attempts, but the guy did it! Very experienced. I had bought the gutter helmet in 2003, they came and repaired, and didn't charge me?! Very reputable and honest. you can't go wrong with this company!

We've had several large downpours since then and everything has held up fine. The installer was prompt, courteous and cleaned up well afterwards. We've been really pleased so far and would recommend them.

Except for the installers being a bit later than expected, they were very good. Introduced themselves, explained the process, got right to work, and cleaned up. Adam and Richard are very good at what they do.

Perfect from the first sales call thru completion of the project. The installers were neat, professional and when the left there was no mess at all they took all the trash with them. The swept the patio and spent all the time we needed to understand how to operate the awning. Workmanship was impeccable.

We were very pleased with the person that gave us the estimate. He was very professional. We also contacted them as my husband was not sure of the color. There representative was very good and made a suggestion. The color of the helmet matches really good with the roof color. They cleaned the gutters before installing the helmet. They cleaned up after the install. The product seems to be working like it should.

The salesman was very professional. When asked he gave us advice on choices...the pros' and cons'. Would absolutely buy from them again. Their crew of two installed the awning and exterior shade screen. Again very professional made sure we knew the operation of awning and screen before they left. A full five star rating for both their sales man and installers.

Our insurance co. was not cooperation well at all. TrimAseal had to fight for everything we deserved. Our insurance co. even sent out an engineer who agreed with Britt the TrimAseal adjuster. They still didn't want to do the siding. Britt fought like mad for us and he finally succeeded! We are very happy with the work! They were hard workers and did an excellent job. My husband was handicapped and they helped him into the car without being asked! They also helped my handicapped sister bring her laundry basket into the basement without being asked! They were such gentlemen and very caring!

Installation was performed in timely and professional manner. The price was very reasonable for the type of windows that I was purchasing. I have purchased outside windows awnings from this company in the past and was very pleased with the product. Highly recommend.

I kind of wish I would have paid more attention to the way the sun was shining when I had them put that up because we still get the afternoon sun in there. It's shaded during the day and by evening time the sun shines down, right underneath the awning. They make a side attachment for it as well.

It went wonderfully! Last month we got an awning. We liked the awning so much, this last one is out forth one. Very good! We started with 2 on the sunny side of our house and it worked so well, that we got one for over our cooking area and now we put one over our hot tub.
It is one of those retractable ones, so you press the button and it comes back up or it goes back out. They are called sun setters. There?re great! I think they?re a little high on price. The guy threw in the warranty for me.
They were late all the times bringing the awning out. They must be swamped, because we never got it on time. Waited up to a month sometimes. If I had any more windows, I would use them again.
