"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

The rebuild project was done in stages and from sketches on paper to finishing touches Tyler was incredible. His communication skills and patience was appreciated as this multi-project endeavor was also a huge learning expierence for my wife and I. Not just in design, but quality of materials and techniques were discussed in detail. In the end, we have the backyard we have always wanted for what we like do. "

The quality of the product used did not hold up to the expectations of what we were promised when we had our initial consultation with the owner. After allowing them multiple attempts on trying to remedy the issues, they were never resolved. We now will be spending even more money out of our pockets to have someone else come and attempt to fix the issues at hand."
