"Did not have a good experience with Lowes flooring installation. They contract out the installation and our installation group did not have supervision and did not properly install plastic barriers to minimize dust impact of demo dust from pulling up old floor. We expected some dust but we ended up with a layer of heavy dust throughout our entire first floor. We had to bring in a cleaning crew the next day to simply get back to baseline and Lowes customer service was marginal at best. Would never contract with Lowes again for this type of project. Disappointing."

"I didn’t have a good experience with this company. I paid $500 for a hand drawn landscape plan, given a cost for the plan but they only planted 1/3 of the plan. After they got started I asked where all my perennials were and the owner proceeded to tell me that would be EXTRA! Poor communication. Poorly drawn plan."

"We wrote a negative review in 2022 because Indy Sports Outfitters was months late installing padding in our golf simulator and was not returning our calls over the period of 3 months. Soon after we posted negative reviews on his performance he showed up and installed the pads. He said his non-responsiveness was due to major health problems in his family. He did not quote enough pads to do the job properly so he installed extra pads at his cost. In the end, we got what was promised plus somewhat more."
