Had a couple of meetings to discuss process, pricing and design. Project was installed in one day. Final training on how to program the system to be arranged.

i was amazed as to how fast they dug the holes to install the system. most of it was done by hand. only thing run with their machine was 2 lines out into the yard. a couple of pipes were damaged BUT they fixed them right away. System is working OK. Adam and his crew were great! Ob did a good job explaining what needed to be done. I was also happy that they did the job for me, because a local installer wouldn't even come out to quote it. If you live near Crawfordsville please call this company for service.

Extremely responsive and thorough from the get-go and through completion. Very minimal disruption to my yard. Nice and professional installation crew. They did not charge me additional for my invisible dog fence or "shallow tree roots" as others quoted. Their prices were quite reasonable compared to others. Overall they are outstanding and I will continue to use them for routine service and maintenance.

Failed to replace 2 of the irrigation pit covers.  Not a big deal, but sloppy.  Sent note with payment about it and no response.

Since we have a very large yard with lots of trees, it was a bit complicated to lay out the system. The cost of the system wasn't inexpensive, but it was more than fair considering the scope of the job. What a pleasure to set the timer, or flip a switch, and have all my landscaping watered! Barthuly Irrigation was great to work with and they did a fabulous job!

Professional and polite! They called to confirm service time, and although it was not necessary to be home the representative gave me a personal report of work once complete before leaving.

It was good.  They come twice a year.  They call before they come out.  They also leave a voice-mail after they came to let us know what they did, which is great.

They were just very professional and they seemed to know what they were talking about so I felt comfortable, and then they got my yard. They used their products that is why it is priced more than most irrigation companies. They are a little bit pricier. We will be using them again.

We pay around $250 for the irrigation season. Whenever we call, we are always able to speak to a person and they are always very nice. We had 19 sprinkler heads that were leaking and they suggested that we didn't have to get it all done at once. They said it wasn't a terrible thing if we just did some of them now and waited until next year to do some more. I appreciated that she recognized that it was expensive. I like that she was honest and didn't push. We have been happy with everything. This is our second season with them.

Barthuly were willing to help us locate a leak underground that we thought was due to the irrigation system. Though we were ultimately unable to locate the leak and it turned out to be under the slab and from the main supply line for the house, Barthuly were willing to help us dig and try to guide us to find the leak based on their knowledge and experience. I will say they were much more helpful than the builder (Beazer Homes) that built the home. I could see from their work and professionalism that they were a quality company and if I ever need a irrigation this is who I would call without a doubt.

Excellent. We moved into house in January and have not needed water because of the long wet spring. However, once I turned the system one, I was blown away with 9 zones of watering, including trickle watering of the flower beds. Where the heck did all these heads come from? Guess previous owner really liked to water the lawn, and it looks beautiful. Barthuly technician did a great job and helped me to quickly understand how the thing is programmed. We had it up and running in an hour and I've been wowing at the sprinkler system ever since. I hear them come on in the middle of the night and it just makes me smile. Is that weird of what?

They installed our irrigation system few years ago and have been very pleased with their service up to this day.  Anytime we call them they come right out and take care of the issue, no problem at all.   Excellent, excellent, excellent.

OB, the salesman, and Bret, the installation tech, were very prompt and helped us work with the landscaper who was installing our yard so that we could install the system after final grade and prior to sod being laid.  They worked directly with the landscaper to coordinate the project and get it done in a timely manner.  They then came back out at my request to go over system operations and move a couple of sprinkler heads to proper locations.  Very professional, competent and price competitive.  I would definitely recommend them to others.

Barthuly came out and gave us an estimate within days of contacting them. A few weeks later, earlier than was estimated, Barthuly installed the system. It took a few days.   The Barthuly crew very carefully removed the mulch and dirt to lay the irrigation pipes. They worked among established plants without harming any. When they were done they carefully replaced the dirt and mulch - you couldn't even tell it had been disturbed. The crew was professional, skilled, courteous and diligent.   The controller they installed is user friendly and even has a rain gauge so the system is not watering in the rain. The Barthuly staff member who reviewed the controller with me was knowledgeable about watering, specifically roses (I have 38 rose bushes.) I am delighted to have a new, efficient watering system and a company that will help keep it working properly.
