Great! Dan came out right away. He offered to do the repair at a reasonable price. We asked for a quote to replace the unit, which we needed to do but didn’t think we could afford. Turns out we could! He did not try to pressure us to do more work than needed done. Dan is honest and respectful, punctual, and I would definitely hire him again!

We are from AZ and A/C is very important... I have not worked with a better, more honest or more competent A/C contractor than Dan.  Honestly, many of them cannot be trusted (it is one of the top trades taught in prison... so buyer beware).

Dan responded very quickly and was willing to come out even before I was going to be available. Dan identified and fixed the problem very quickly and offered advise to avoid the issue in the future. I was very impressed and will contact hum first in any future issues I encounter.

Great response. Great price. Came to house to look over the project. Made recommendations that were simple and effective. Did not recommend all bells and whistles, but only what was required. Performed Install on time, did a great job. Had to call him back out for a minor adjustment after install, and was at my house on a Sunday afternoon 20 minutes after call for no charge. Great response and great service.

He showed up on time, inspected my system, told me what I could expect my cost to be, and then repaired it for that amount. I will only use and recommend Residential Heating and Air from this point forward. Straightforward, Reliable, Honest, Affordable......what more can you ask for.

Dan showed up on time as promised and removed our old furnace, coil, air conditioner and humidifier, and installed new equipment. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Only time will tell how good this equipment is, but I believe he would not have sold me this equipment if it were not good. One of the selling points of this equipment was the extended warranty that was provided. There was a 5 year warranty that was doubled to 10 years by the manufacturer on parts, and a 7 year no hassle replacement warranty on this equipment.

WE HAD HIM LAST YEAR AND LIKED HIM. HE WAS VERY COMPETENT. HE GOT BACK WITH ME RIGHT AWAY AND WAS HERE 15 MINUTES EARLY. MY HUSBAND, WHO WAS AN EXPERT IN CONSTRUCTION, THOUGHT THIS GENTLEMAN REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

I FELT MR. BELCHER DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF INSPECTING MY FURNACE AND I FELT HE DID A GREAT JOB OF POINTING OUT AREAS OF CONCERN AND SUGGESTING WAYS TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. MR. BELCHER CLEARLY HAD THE EXPERTISE NECESSARY TO TROUBLESHOOT MY FURNACE AND GET TO THE PROBLEM. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FEELING THAT HE WASN'T JUST OUT TO SELL ME NEW PARTS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND FELT HIS PRICING WAS FAIR. WE WERE JUST VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK...I CAN'T SAY THAT ENOUGH.
