Excellent! Ross was able to get stains out of what I thought was unsalvageable furniture (thanks kids) and offered a coupon and overall was just fantastic. He even honored the quote he gave over the phone even though I didn't describe our sectional well over the phone. Will definitely use again and again! Thanks!

Ross was excellent! He made our sofas look like new! He honored an online promo even though I said we had buit in sofas but should have said built in sectionals. He was very kind, very professional, and took care of everything. Will definitley use again!

Ross is great and did a wonderful job for us. We are amazed he was able to remove some of the stains from our dogs, but he did and the carpets look brand new. We're thrilled with the results.

Good first contact. After a brief conversation, we arranged a pick up that was convenient for me. At that time we discussed methods, timeline, etc. This seems like a small but professional that should.that should go far. He called when the work was done and delivered.the rug at my convenience. The cleaning looks great and the service was top notch. I woul definitely call the again and recommend them to friends and family.

He picked up the rugs. Kept in touch as to their progress, brought them back. Placed the hooked rug on the floor and took the two other rugs upstairs for storage, wrapped in plastic. The hooked rug was nice, fluffy and clean. Bet that he got a couple pounds of dirt out of it. The other rugs were filthy also. I didn't check them because the hooked rug was nice and I assumed that the other one's were too. They were thrift shop rugs.

cleaning. We first searched on Angie?s List & other sources for an honest,
creditable & quality service. We were favorably impressed with his web
site. We invited Ross to provide a free proposal, which he did. We found he knew his business & were
confident in his process & quality. From the start to the finish Ross
displayed professional services & communications. Crawling on his hands & knees, he truly
understands & focuses on the small details, which many contractors lack, as
he does his quality work. Yes, we are skeptics of contracting services;
however, we found Ross to be honest & business-like to deal with completing

The service was excellent! Nice, locally owned business that was very professional and punctual. No hidden costs as you know up front if anything being cleaned outside the Angie's List coupon is extra. Would definitely use this service again.

The owner of Middle Key picked up a wool rug very, very expensive he said he would take good care of it. He did he kept it for
one week , returned it was wonderful HE DID A GREAT JOB I can`t say enough good things about the job he did for us

A lot of local companies have recently jumped on the bandwagon but they either send the rugs to a third party for cleaning (without telling the customer, by the way) or they hire non-experts to do the work. I personally clean every rug by hand in my shop while babying and doting on them during the entire process from pickup to delivery. I LOVE MY JOB!!!!"

Ross did an exceptional job cleaning our whole basement and bedroom carpets. He also cleaned an area rug for me in our kitchen. I have used him several times and I love his professionalism, prompt response, ease of scheduling and clean carpet results!

I purchased coupons from their Storefront for most of the rugs. He gave me special pricing for the two runners. From beginning to end the transaction was smooth and seamless.
Middle Key picked up my rugs right on time. My roommate showed them around as they moved all the furniture to get the rugs out. I did all the rugs at once so that I could have my floors and house professionally deep cleaned while the rugs were gone and I took a mini vacay to Florida.
I was told that 5 lbs. of dirt came out of the rugs, which I understand is somewhat normal. Room sized hand-knotted rugs can hold a tremendous amount of dirt and it is important to clean them. I had let mine go too long.
After the dirt was vibrated from the rugs, they were put through a laundering and conditioning process which left them vibrant and bright.
The rugs were returned exactly on time. They texted photos to me while I was at work to double check each rug was being put back into the correct room.
The entire time the business owner was completely thoughtful. He even sent me an email while I was vacationing to tell me my rugs were like a great pair of vintage leather boots with a beautiful 'patina'. I must say they do look great and I'm glad I got my rugs done BEFORE spring! I'm ahead for the year!
And if the good service wasn't enough? He accidentally picked up a rug I did not intend to pay to have cleaned. He cleaned it for free and returned it anyway! That deserves a Page of Happiness recommendation!

I procrastinated on setting a date after purchasing the
service? approximately 5 months.
I received a reminder e-mail from them asking if I still
needed the services which prompted us to get the cleaning scheduled.
He arrived on time and worked diligently making a dingy
carpet we feared would never be restored to it original condition look like
new.
He then cleaned partially in two bedrooms a stairway and a
hall, clearly over the contracted area for no additional charge. He even sprayed spot remover in on a stain in
the basement that was pointed out simply asking for recommendations.
We couldn?t be happier

In having the carpets cleaned many times in the last 31 years that we have lived in this house, this had to be the best experience we have ever had. Ross Trittipo (owner and carpet cleaning guru) is a true professional in every sense. It is so rare today to have an individual take real concern and pride in the quality of the service they provide. Ross is one of those individuals.
He arrived as scheduled and after a walk thorough of the house got immediately to work. He was very aware of walking on the carpet and wore his special shoe attachments at all times. He was very careful with moving the tubing around the house and even had plastic corner protectors so the walls would not get damaged.
The cleaning job he performed was excellent. There were a couple of heavy traffic area concerns which he cleaned up beautifully. The carpet had a slight dampness after the cleaning (as expected) but was not bad at all. It was completely dry in about 8 to 10 hours. He even provided the two of us water resistant shoe covers to wear around the house until it did dry! That's a first.
Bottom line, without hesitation, if you need your carpet cleaned, I highly recommend Ross and MiddleKey.
