"Bob gave me a fair quote on the phone and said the cost would be lower if I bought the toilet myself at Home Depot. He told me the model to buy and I did that. He said he'd come out after I'd done that and he came out the following day. He called first, arrived promptly and replaced the toilet very efficiently. He is a master plumber and I could tell the difference. My water feed pipe broke from corrosion and water was spraying everywhere. He rushed to the well pump and turned off the water, came back upstairs and soldered a new copper fitting in place along with a new stainless and chrome valve. He added on a very reasonable extra fee for this unexpected repair. Even with this extra cost, his total fee was more reasonable than two competitors I'd called. Before he left, he put the packaging for the new toilet in the recycling bin and the old toilet in the trash bin. He was friendly and informative every step of the way. I will call him again for any plumbing needs."

"The contractor doing the work did the work exactly as it was presented to the property owner. The outcome was less than desirable. Even after all work was done, the floors on the second level bounced so much so that a second contractor and property owner had to do considerable work to correct the situation. Will revise review if the situation is rectified."

We received something in the mail that appeared to be from our local city water, offering us a coupon book to run a free test on our water. They then pressured us into financing a $7500 water softener and reverse osmosis system you can get anywhere else for 1/3 the price (or less). They generously gave me two days to change my mind. Unfortunately sometimes it takes more than two days to realize you've been SCAMMED. For me (the naive first time homeowner) I became another victim. I found out after the fact some of the names of the "people" involved with this company are Broad Ripple, and Mary Rainwater. The bank (AQUA FINANCE) might as well be located in West Africa. This place should be shut down. Do not fall victim as I did. I will be seeing them in the courtroom soon."

"Absolute worst experience we could have ever imagined from a local company. They did the install about 2 years ago. Everything was great until it wasn’t. Our basement was flooded due to poor installation. Long story short they only took care of correcting the install but we were left with ruined carpets, molded drywall and stained and swollen doors. My wife and have been trying to contact them for almost 2 years now and they refuse to take care of any of the problems they caused. They do not respond to voicemails or emails. Nothing short of taking them to court will get a reply. It’s honestly been a nightmare for us and the customer service has been horrific. The product is good but there are sooo many other choices we would choose someone else 100% if we had to do it all over again. Btw, our repairs were super cheap, just a few hundred bucks. We just wanted what would have made our lovely finished basement to be what it used to be instead of this 2 year limbo nightmare."
