"We did not choose Webb Landscaping, the prior contractor who mowed for us combined services with this company and we could not be more disappointed. They rarely came, even when we called. The trimming was poorly done or not done at all. When we finally ended the agreement, they have attempted to charge us for weekly mowing when they were not coming every other week. Providing this review so others do not have to experience the same frustrations we have."

"We used J Stacy for lawn care and landscaping for a year. They were consistently behind schedule on lawn treatments, which I believe ultimately left our lawn in worse condition than when we started. When there were glaring problem areas in the lawn, I expected to get some sort of assessment and treatment plan, but this was always left up to me to ask about and try to figure out. We usually only found out they were there by receiving a bill. The final straw was when we agreed to a fall cleanup, and was charged triple the normal price because they said they charge by the hour, and decided to do work I specially stated I didn’t want or need done and were working very inefficiently/slowly and without professional equipment."

"He arrived on time for the initial installation. He had some problems, due to the construction of the house and not his fault, so it took a little extra time. He got the coach lights installed, but needed to reschedule for the bathroom fan for the following Wednesday at 3:45, which was fine. At 4:30 on that Wednesday, he hadn't arrived, so I texted to see if he was coming. He said his previous job ran over (a phone call would have been nice) and that he couldn't make it. He said that he'd get with me later that evening to make a new appointment. I never heard from him again. I understand that people are late, but have the decency to call. If you don't want work, have the decency to tell me that you don't want the job. I found someone else to do the work."
