He arrived on time for the initial installation. He had some problems, due to the construction of the house and not his fault, so it took a little extra time. He got the coach lights installed, but needed to reschedule for the bathroom fan for the following Wednesday at 3:45, which was fine. At 4:30 on that Wednesday, he hadn't arrived, so I texted to see if he was coming. He said his previous job ran over (a phone call would have been nice) and that he couldn't make it. He said that he'd get with me later that evening to make a new appointment. I never heard from him again. I understand that people are late, but have the decency to call. If you don't want work, have the decency to tell me that you don't want the job. I found someone else to do the work.

I hired William to “organize my garage”. It is a standard size garage & since moving in 3-4 yes ago, I had “stuff” that belonged in the garage, but lined up against walls, in inadequate “stand alone” shelving brought from prior home, etc. Thus one car had to park OUTSIDE! After listening to ideas from other “garage organizer’s”, William stood out as the most impressive w/ideas how to organize through “designing exactly what I needed to accomplish making use of limited space for maximum results. Rather than using “standard pre-fab shelving, etc (as most do)”, William DESIGNED exactly what would work best, listening to my input, & planned a unique design he presented to me the day after our initial meeting. I now have GORGEOUS, unique, one-of-a-kind cabinets that meet our needs beyond my expectations!! William is a “visionary”, intelligent, strong, perfection-oriented”, tenacious, focused on customer needs, dependable, trustworthy, time-conscious, unique person. The cost was extremely reasonable. I now can easily get both cars in the garage! I will be hiring William again for future projects, including inside painting, etc. He is extremely versatile in his expertise in all areas of home improvement!!

William was great to work with. I needed some decking repaired/replaced. I very much appreciated his explanations of how and why he recommended certain things, what was incorrect in the original construction (some of which I already knew). He also kept me apprised of some unknown issues that he found while I was away, including pics as well. He made me feel confident I hired the right guy. I'm sure I'll find something else for him to fix.

The job went amazingly well. William called to verify that he was going to be at my home in two days between 8:00 and 8P30. At 7:59 he showed up ready to get to it. He had a great attitude, sense of humor and was very hard-working.

Bill did a great job refinishing my deck. Not only did he do a ton of work by sanding, power washing, staining my deck but Bill stuck to his estimate even when it took him longer than he planned. Bill is a great and honest guy that I am happy to have help me on projects. Feel free to contact me for more info if needed. He deserves the praise.

I hired Bill from The WellKnown Handyman for a large number of outdoor projects. Bill was able to complete a large variety of tasks in a high quality, professional, timely manner. His work was excellent, he was meticulous, explained what he was doing and kept me informed along the way and explained my options. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely hire Bill again In the future.
