"Very smoothly. John was responsive when I contacted him, visited and prepared a quote within a few days. We discussed styles of new lamps, he had good suggestions. We accepted his proposal, scheduled two weeks out. The company was able to adjust their schedule and get the work done a day early (ahead of incoming winter storm). Installation went smooth (no one home; I was accessible by phone but no need for work crew to contact me.). New lamps look great and are significantly brighter (something better than the previous 30-year old incandescent bulbs fixture.). I highly recommend The Lampliter!"
