We started this process in July of 2018. The salesman, quite frankly, lied about the company's ability to complete the job in a timely fashion and the conditions under which it could be done. ("We can do it in the fall, temperature above x degrees.") Every workman - and there were several - who came out gave us different conditions under which it could be done and disagreed with what the salesman had said and what the other workmen had said. There was a lot of rain over the winter and they said it could not be done without an ever-changing number of dry days. We had told them the work needed to be done before we put our house on the market in the spring. It went on the market eight months later with the sand work completed but unsealed. We delayed putting it on the market for 2 weeks since our realtor really wanted the sealing done. It had to be re-washed and more sand added, but again, no sealing. Our situation was clearly not a priority for them. They demanded partial payment a couple of months later and we paid them. Then they called in July - fully ONE YEAR later - to ask if we wanted them to finish the job. We have had a lot of rain. I understand that, but in the course of a YEAR, they certainly had time to finish the work. There are ants tunneling through the sand now since it was never sealed. (We were also told that it was "fine" not to complete the sealing.)

We could have tried to have completed the project, but this sealer is do depenant on weather that we did not want to risk having a bad application. The weather turned on us so quick last fall with all the fall rain that we could not get it done before temps got to cold. Sure we could have just done the job, but you would not have been happy with the results. We then tried to get to this spring, but we need at least three dry days so the pavers can dry out do complete the job and apply the sealer. If there is still moisture under the pavers and we seal it, it will haze and look even worse. We tried to schedule this spring, but you told us so hold off until your house sells as you did not want it done in case the house had a showing. We where instructed to wait until you have a buyer and then get it done in the dryer weather. We followed up the first of July since we did not hear from you and the weather was finally cooperating, and this was the only response we got! Why do we deserve a "F" for what mother nature dealt us is out of our contol? If you are that un-happy with us not trying to just "fit you in" and have the weather ruin your project, then I will be more than happy to refund your money that you paid to have us clean it for you. Franco does an outstanding job and my yard looks like a golf course when they are done cutting it. Franco has also done a number of hardscape projects for me and these are always done professionally.

The appointment was set quickly. Tom came out and talked with us about our ideas. We walked the property (in the snow!) and he asked some great questions. He delivered a design and estimate for the plants and mulch in about two weeks or so. We paid for the design up front and the plants when they were ordered. The only issue was that the plants and the mulch were not delivered on the same day (Friday). However, Tom delivered the mulch himself first thing on Monday. We planted during the weekend and mulched as soon as it arrived. Our new landscaping looks great.

Tom came to our house and we went over options. Because the area was relatively small and simple, we were not charged an architect's fee which I believe would have gone toward the project anyway. Tom let us borrow a brochure/catalog and even dropped off sample pavers we wanted to use. Tom was very helpful and very responsive to our questions and phone calls. The workers were nice and accommodating. There was an unanticipated problem in not being able to get the compactor behind the gas meter and heat pump. We ended up with a satisfactory workaround by using river rock in those small areas. The finished product was better than my wife and I had hoped. Because of the time of the year, Tom said he put us on the Spring schedule for turf repair which was caused by a Bobcat, etc. during excavation. We are very happy with our experience. I did give them an A on price although we did not get other estimates.

I had written a review earlier stating my dissatisfaction.After meeting with the owner he promised to make it right and he did, he went above and beyond! Brian is a man of his word . I would recommend Fraco landscaping.

it went horrible,,no communication between the owner and the crew that did the work.It took four trips to my house to get the job done and I am not satisfied! I would not recommend this company.

So far so good. I contacted them a liitle late in the season, but they accomodated me without hesitation. They are always on time. Even go the extra mile to cut in between rain if possible. The prices are very fair. Would highly recommend.

Great design, clever solutions really worked with us to get a neat plan that was in our budget then the execution went well, and with a job this big there will always be issues and the owner Brian Franco helped us solve each item even two years later.

backyard patio hardscape and landscaping, after interviewing handful of other companies. They worked with us on a creative, space efficient design that was within our budget. They managed the installation very professionally (on time, within budget, worked well with 3rd parties (e.g. electrician). They made suggestions and showed flexibility when minor install issues
arose ( as they will do on any project), and cleaned up the yard well afterwards. Throughout the project, they communicated very well. We are planning to use them again on a smaller project, and would recommend them for any landscaping project.

I've used Franco in the past for other clients landscaping projects and lawn care and currently have a contract for snow removal with them. My current client is very happy with the service and I am thrilled with their proactive approach. They will often call to tell me they are heading our way and always arrive at a reasonable time given the snowy conditions. Professional and courtesy and do a good job.
