Over 30 years of home building and remodeling experience, and when customers choose Woodall Homes & Remodeling, they work directly with Dale from beginning to end. He prefers to be his own superintendent—scheduling the trades and making all decisions with the customer—not only because it eliminates confusion in communications but also allows him to “become personally absorbed in each project.” Dale is “not afraid to take on any project.” In fact, building one-of-a-kind homes, and designing for those particularly difficult or unusual lots, are common challenges that he tackles with ease. However, he believes in “doing it right or not at all.” If special engineering is required, that is what we do.

"Jim Cherco, the owner, was as friendly, knowledgeable, honest, ethical, hard-working, creative, and as professional as one can be in the remodeling field. Not only did he install two doors to replace our older, warped doors, but he put in a brand new doorbell & peephole, transferred our old locks, took our old doors, and explained his work every step of the way. Jim seems to be an expert in his field, so we'd highly recommend him to others. We would seek his remodeling services again in the future. Jim deserves a A+ rating!!!"

"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."
