"I called Nick at 7:00pm on 2/17 and he answered immediately to my surprise! He was able to schedule me for a 1:30pm appointment the very next day where he showed up on time. After a quick run through we realized my problem was much simpler than we thought and he just serviced and lubed my garage door and motor as well as helping reset a passcode from the previous owners. He was quick, professional and very easy to work with. He was also polite about me basically calling him out to my house for the non issue I had, which I felt terrible about. I will most definitely be calling him for any future needs. PS: make sure your garage door isn't frozen to the ground before you call a garage door repair company lol"
