This build was a disaster. The threshold of the door was damaged. The weather stripping does not seal properly on the door jam. The way the jam is set on the door, you can just push it open and get into the garage. Along with that, the structure was set too low to the ground, and therefore we have been having water issues. They ended up also putting up the wrong shingles on the garage roof. They built entire garage structure with chipped and damaged boards. The workmanship was very sloppy, and it felt as though they just didn't care. When they built the garage they used a blue colored board on the inside, and along with that they notched the bottom of the boards, which was not needed. When they put the nails in the board, they actually split the wood, and the nails actually were too long so they came through the other side. They used damaged material throughout the build. The entry door was placed way too high, which caused gaps at the bottom. The window and door of the garage were not placed level. Then, the screws that were used to secure the boards to the brick are all coming lose and are not tightly fastened. The mortar they used is starting to crack as well. I would never recommend this company to others.
