Our garage door wouldn’t close when the sun was shining in. I had another company try to fix it three times and gave up. If I wanted to drive my car I needed to get it out of the garage before the shade in front of the garage door was gone. Mack Barrett tried all the simple inexpensive fixes but they didn’t work so he replaced the old sensors and that did it. Job well done!

The pro did a great job. They were able to come out quickly, assess the damage, provide an accurate quote, and do the repair in an efficient manner complete with a warranty. One of the springs were broken on the door and needed to be replaced. The expert looked over the entire system and provided some helpful recommendations outside of the needed repair as well as what to watch out for coming up. The garage door now works great and I'm glad that I hired them to fix it. I would recommend and hire them again.

Our garage door wouldnt go down due to a cable coming loose. We called around 8am and someone came out within an hour to get us fixed up. Even looked at our other door. The technician Ty A was honest, polite and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this company and will hire again in the future.

Went very well. I called this morning and technician was out by 9:15. He went right to work. Fixed the problem expertly and was extremely nice and easy to talk to. I am in the market for a new garage door and will definitely be calling them for pricing. I would not hesitate in hiring them again, for a third time.

This company was awesome. They responded to my inquiry right away and I was able to make a repair appt for a saturday morning, which was great. The repairman was super nice and super informative of what he was going to try to do, showed me my estimate repair, and also what a total replacement would cost (because I wanted a comparison). He was able to fix the bottom of my door and add new sensors, and there is new life in the old door at least for a while. Very professional, quick, and overall a great experience. Price reasonable as well.

It went great! Someone showed up within hours after my call to give me a quote. He had samples there to show me so I could pick out what I wanted. They scheduled me within a week to do the work. The technician was very meticulous and did a nice job with the installation. We were very happy.

I was on Angie's list searching for a garage door repair. My daughter left something under my garage door, made the whole door off track, then my self had a neighbor come over and made it WORSE! i thought it was going to be RUINED, i just bought the door two years ago, it was a mess. I called out to garage door doctor, was freaking out , they were able to get someone out the same day, they sent Jonah out, he was great!!. he was done in less than an hour for a job I thought would take two people. I also thought it was going to be some insane amount, but it was WAY less than what i could of imagined. recommend them to everyone. !!

Bryan and Cody arrived on time in professionally marked trucks. Both were very nice and they got straight to work. Very efficient process as the install took a short time and they were off. I appreciated that especially while working from home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from the initial call with Lee in the office to the installers. I highly recommend this company.

GREAT! Fantastic! Black Friday middle of the night (3am) The Tech (Kyle) arrived within an hour of my call. Spent 45 minutes putting it back together again. Lubricated all moving parts and tweaked until door functioned perfectly. And did I mention it was very very cold and raining that night.

The technician, Mike, was very responsive to my questions. He knew what he was doing. Did not try to oversell other items such as cables and rollers. They charged extra for coming out on a holiday, but I didn't care.

Tech Tylor and his assistant arrived less than 20 minutes after I put in my service request. Job took less than 30 minutes to complete. Cost was $197 to replace a garage door spring after 7:00 pm on a Saturday.
