Everything went very well. I'm very satisfied with the work.

We needed to have our garage door checked for operation and to have its mechanism lubricated because of its age. Troy arrived promptly and explained exactly what needed to be done, quietly went about his work, and reviewed his efforts before leaving. He has been here before to repair a dangerous condition with the spring attachment, and we would welcome him and Northside any time.

The garage doors look very nice and operate very well. The men were prompt. The only negative was that they did not clean up after the doors were installed. I found nuts, bolts, staples, etc. on the garage floor and spent some time sweeping up after they left.

I called 3 different companies to get a quote on fixing my problem (broken springs). The first company rep could not give me a price on the phone but had someone get back to me later (about 6 hrs) and their price was quite a bit higher. Northside gave me a quote right on the first call and I scheduled a time for the next day. Jim was right on time. He was very professional but in a friendly-sort of way. He not only repaired my broken springs but adjusted the door and the settings, greased everything, and also fixed a problem with the sensors; all at no extra charge. I didn't realize my door could ride so smooth! Oh, and the 3rd company...did not even get back to me with my original estimate until AFTER Northside had already fixed my door! TRUST NORTHSIDE --THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!

Outstanding, he was here promptly and did a great job. They recommended replacing both springs be done to save an additional service call. I would highly recommend them.

We were attempting to head out early on a Sunday morning and the garage door wouldn't open. I noticed one of the springs was broken. I called several garage door companies and either got voicemail or was told no one was available until Monday. I called Northside and was surprised that Jim said he'd be to our house in under an hour. He did in fact arrive on schedule and quickly replaced both springs, oiled the rollers and made a repair to the bottom seal. He was very professional and charged only the weekday rate.

We needed a non-standard size garage door and we wanted it as soon as possible. Teresa was wonderful from the very first call and their team made it happen within a week. Super easy to work with. We had two other bids and Northside was reasonable, genuine, honest, professional and friendly! Because we had an odd sized door, a slight alteration was made to allow for the door and it came out great! We're so glad we went with this wonderful company.

We needed custom garage doors for a timber frame garage. After receiving quotes from 3 garage door companies we selected Northside Garage Doors. One company would not even quote garage doors due to the angles in this building. Northside kept searching multiple vendors in order to find exactly what we wanted. Insulated Glass Garage doors with an R factor to help control heating costs. We did not have standard garage openings so they had to be custom built. Northside beat the competitors pricing by 30%. They even had the railings powder coated. They were very patient and did not rush to close the sale until we were 100% satisfied with what they found. They were great to work with and the installation was impressive.

North side Garage Door was at my house Friday afternoon and installed a new garage door. I watched it happen, not to insure a good job, but because I wanted to see how it is done. I did not need to worry about a job well done. I'm sorry I don't remember the two men's names. Please understand that I witnessed excellent work and work attitudes. The knowledge and skill of the man in charge( his name is Gene?)is clearly complete from his phone call before he arrived to fixing a very small bump at the finish of the job. The man working with him is getting excellent training and high expectations. These expectations, Gene clearly expects from himself. The attention to careful work and detail is impressive. This has been a good experience from my first phone call to them , to the finished job. We contacted three other door firms before deciding on this firm. I would recommend Northside Garage door to anyone in need of garage door work or repair I very much appreciate my new door.

The entire process, from selection, to ordering, to installation, was seamless. We were looking for the complete system to replace existing garage doors, the tracking, the remotes, the key pad, as we moved into a home with the original system installed in 1974. Our experience was simple, straightforward, and we are highly satisfied with the doors, the service and the professionalism provided by the Sales person/the Installer and the home office staff. We have experienced a complete remodel of our home, and this is one of the easiest parts!

They could figure the problem out from my explanation over the phone...confirmed when they arrived and had the new system put in promptly! They did a wonderful job and... at a very reasonable price. You don't need work on a garage door very often but when I do...I always call Northside Garage Door Systems, Inc...they are the best!

I can’t say enough good things. We were warned they might not be able to get a tech out till 10 AM. Luckily, I account for extra time in our travel schedule so that was cutting it close, but I was hoping we would still be ok. The tech, I’m sorry I forgot his name, arrived by 8:25 and was done in 20 minutes. He had us reprogrammed, lined up, and re-keyed.... all while explaining what he did in a curteous & warm manner. If I EVER need anything Garage door related, I will absolutely be calling Northside Garage Door Systems.

My garage door was an old wooden one that was problaby 25 years old. The opener was probably about that same age as well. While both were in working order, the door was starting to get some rot near the bottom and I decided that it was time to take care of the issue. I called Northside and someone came to my home within a few days to look over the door and give me a quote. We've used Northside over the years to do maintenance on the doors and to replace springs that had broken and have always been satisfied with the service. He measured my door and I told him what I wanted and the color and he placed the order. There was no up front charge for me. About a week or so later they called me to set up a time and I schedule something the next week. The guys showed up, just a little late and immediately started working on the door. At one point one of the guys had to go back to the shop as one of the trim boards was a little too short and then he returned and finished the job. The second guy gave me a tour of the new opener and how to program the keypad and other features that it had. They finished in a reasonable time frame and I paid them for their work. We've had the door about a week or so now and it's performing perfectly. We now have a nice new insulated steel door with new openers using a rotating code for more security.

Gene answered right away. He was on another job but said he would call when finished and was headed to my place. He replaced both springs per my request. He went the extra mile to make sure door was working properly. Highly, highly recommend Northside.

They did an excellent job resetting and restoring full operation of the door. Over the past 10 years I have had doors and accessories serviced by Northside Garage and their service has been outstanding in all respects and an excellent value. They are my "go to partner" for garage door repair, maintenance and installation.

Super service! The technicians who fixed the door made sure everything was greased and good to go after initial repair. Door is much more quiet than it was before. Office staff very professional. When I bought new door remote a couple weeks ago, in the store, the employee took the time to program it and explain further instructions so that I didn't struggle when I got home.

They came and fixed the track quickly. They were very prompt, clean and professional.

They were prompt, friendly and quick. Before had the person I talked to recommended the best opener for me, even though it was the cheaper one. They also oiled my garage door track and were very personable.
