Called the answering service, Ross Weaver called back within a few minutes and was here within the hour. A roller had jumped the track and a cable had come off. He fixed it in an hour and was very personable, professional and efficient. He also oiled all the moving parts. It cost an extra $70 to come out on Sun., but it was worth my peace of mind not to go to bed with the garage door open enough for someone to crawl under.

It was done on timr and well done.

They replaced the door. It is a double door, garage door, the rails, the rollers and they reset the garage door opener. They set all that up. That was enough. That was all I needed was a new garage door. You know springs, adjustments and that, everything that they would normally do. The price was not just as exactly as I was thinking but it was not too far off. They added a lot of value to the replacement. I did a lot of homework but the pricing is not just about the dollar amount. It is also about what you get, how you can negotiate one thing for another or get value that you were not anticipating even. They quality of service was very good. They got here when they said they would. There is one guy that did it. Did you know that one guy put in a double door. He was in and out in a couple of hours. He hauled all the stuff away. He straightened up my garage door opener. He made it work properly. Made sure that we were happy.

It's expensive to do any work on a garage door. Is wasn't clear that they could only fix the door as we requested them to also checkout the motor.

This went very well. Company was very responsive and was able to quickly fit me in their schedule. Technician came within the window provided and was very friendly and professional. He was able to replace the spring and found several bolts that were loose on the track.

They do high quality work. They are on time. They take time with you and answer all your questions. They are good people.

They did a beautiful job. The technician saw a tiny dent in a panel after installation which he came back and replaced later. I greatly appreciate this attention to detail.

They installed wood with vinyl in it. Other companies only had vinyl and I like that they had this option. We've used them many times and they're a quality company. They're very dependable and go out of the way to do what's right. If you want good quality this is the company to go with.

I called the emergency line at 9:00pm requesting service. the springs broke on my garage door and the door bent in half when I tried to open it. I had to get to work the next day in order to leave for vacation the day after. It was imperative that I get my car out to get to work. The person on call told me I couldn't afford to have him come out to look at it that night and assured me if I called at 7:00 am the next morning I could get a morning call so I could get to work in the afternoon. He did spend quite a bit of time with me on the phone, but nothing could be resolved that way. I called at 7:00 but the office didn't open until 7:30. I called at 7:30 and was told they could put me on the schedule for the afternoon. I explained the situation to them and asked if they had any provisions for emergencies, she said no. I was fortunate to find another company that was able to come out that morning and had me to work by 11:00 am.

We have had this provider out numerous times without problem. The last time they were out (Dec 2013) they installed a new motherboard. This past week that same door is not longer working (3.5 months later). When I called I was informed that the motherboard is still under warranty but I would have to pay $110 for the trip charge. I don't feel this is reasonable. If the problem is shown not to be with the motherboard I would have gladly payed for the service and trip charge but I WILL NOT pay just to and quot;seeand quot;. I will use another company to service our garage door from here on out!

It was great. We had no problems. It was excellent. I think the pricing was fine.

The service was good. The man explained everything about springs and that it was unusual for them to be replaced. He was very efficient, professional, and punctual. He cleaned up well and the price was what I was expecting.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job.

It was a good experience. I did have to call them to make some adjustments, all is well now.

We were having trouble with our garage door and noticed that the bracket was pulling away from the door that holds the rollers so called and made an appointment with this company. We had assumed it was a garage door issue because the garage door opener was only a couple years old. We had an appointment at 7:00 pm. The service man called at 5:00 pm and asked if he could come then. I explained that my husband was not home. He was very put out that he couldn't come then and had to wait. He said he could be at our house in 5-10 minutes. I called my husband and he raced home to be there and ended up having to wait almost an hour before the service man showed up. He had quoted a price of $29 for the service call and $80 to fix it. However, after spending only about 20 minutes at the house, he blamed it all on the garage door opener and charged us $80 for his and ldquo;timeand rdquo; and doing absolutely nothingand hellip; We have another company coming to fix the problem.

They did great work. It turned out to be a difficult job due to our uneven garage floor but they went the extra mile for us. I was really impressed with their work and professionalism.

All I required was some rewiring. Service call was after hours so I had to pay premium rate.
