"Installing a pool is a daunting decision. Perma Pools was who we initially thought of (my brother had used them several years previously and highly recommended) but I still checked around and felt Perma Pools was the best choice. So glad we did. One thing that did stand out to me was when we met with Ron to do the selections, it wasn't about selling the latest and greatest option. He showed us all the choices and then made recommendations that he felt would work best for our particular pool, budget, etc. We knew nothing of pool maintenance and his opinion was a huge help in the myriad of choices that we needed to make. Installation went smooth and the communication is very good. Anytime I had a question, someone responded either that day or the next...you are never left hanging. After installation and pool was ready to go, their "Pool School" was invaluable. I don't remember the gentleman's name that came (he's been with Perma forever) but he was a wealth of information and extremely helpful. During the pool school, he noticed a couple things that he felt weren't up to standard and called the office to have those fixed (and they were). 2019 was our first summer having the pool and it's been great. There is nothing about the pool we would change or wish we had done XYZ instead. We totally take advantage of having Perma test our water which has helped us stay ahead of any problems or costly fixes. Taking care of a pool is a learning process and being pool rookies we are figuring it out with their help.

"They usually come once a week on Tuesday and they usually tell you what your service is going to be. The year before they put in a pool filter for me. The old company I had just put sand in the old filter and it wasn't working right plus they didn't drain out the dirty water from out of the pool. When Pools of Fun came out last year the first thing they did was drain the dirty water out of my pool and told my I needed a new filter system an I had shut off valves put in to update my pool system. I pay $300 a month or $75 a week for them to vacuum and sweep the pool. <br />

"Family Leisure installed our inground pool 2 years ago and after the first winter we noticed several ripples in the pool liner. The 2nd summer it turned into bigger bubbles and ripples and the liner looked awful. One call to Corey, in-ground pool supervisor, and he and the manager, Billy Muffler, came out to inspect. They determined that it appeared to be a faulty liner. The liner company would not accept fault, however Mr. Muffler told us that was not the workmanship that Family Leisure represented and they replaced our in-ground liner for FREE! This clearly was not the norm for one of their liners to bubble to this extreme, but they stood behind their quality of work and made it right for our family! Our experience was great and we love our new liner! A huge thank you to both of these men and the company. We would highly recommend Family Leisure for anyone looking to have an in-ground pool installed!!!

"We purchased a new hot tub from Angie's and from the moment we walked into the store we felt like "family." Julie, our salesperson, could not have been more helpful as she gave us valuable information about the spas they sold. The hot tub was delivered by a moving company hired by Angie's who did an amazing job and installed the spa in less than an hour. We had a few problems getting the spa going but whenever we called the store for assistance they were extremely helpful and patient in giving us the assistance we needed. My only "complant" is that it would have been very, very helpful to have someone from the store present when we were trying to get the spa going and understanding the addition of the chemicals. They told us they charged over $100 per half hour to come out and help us. We thought that should be included considering we paid thousands of dollars for the spa. But other than that, we are very pleased with our purchase and with Angie's Pool and Spa
