Oasis Outdoor Living & Landscapes was fantastic. We contacted them and they came out right away and provided us with several design options. We didn't want just a square or rectangular patio and they worked with us to ensure our project was both visually pleasing and functional for our family. The crew arrived when they said they would and always picked up after themselves each day. The landscaping around the patio added just the right touches to make our backyard feel warm and cozy. We really feel like our space is an extension of our home.

They did a very nice job. We added and changed some things along the way and they were very responsive and easy to work with. The job took longer than projected but the end result was good. We love our new patio.

Shane's did a great job. At first I was worried since everything associated with building our home, and the move in, was tightly timed. Shane's came through and did everything according to plan, the result was exactly what we needed.
As good as the original work was, what was even more impressive was how they followed up after the fact. We ended up finding one of the underground drain pipes was spliced during the original planting. When we called Shane's, they took responsibility and repaired the pipe without question.
I would definitely recommend Shane's to anyone who's interested in getting high quality work at a fair price.

We would recommend them for landscaping work like patios and altering landscaping! They did impeccable work, were quick and efficient, friendly and respectful while on our property, and prompt and easy to communicate with. They did a fabulous job, especially on the brick work and patio! Very pleased with our results and have had no issues. We felt the price was on the expensive side, but the work spoke well for paying more. However, we hired them the next summer to just prune the flower beds and mulch and we felt that was excessively overpriced and would not hire them for that again. But for building and re-landscaping I have no complaints about their work!

Rob Delaby and his crew installed a beautiful patio and gas fire pit in our back yard. The patio is approximately 320 square feet and is flanked by large boulders and new landscaping. In addition to the patio and fire pit, we added new trees, shrubs, and relocated and split several existing hostas in our back yard, side yard and part of our front yard. We added landscape lighting to accent the back yard landscaping as well.
The crew that worked on the project were very polite and great to work with. In fact, several neighbors commented on how neat and tidy the crew was throughout the project as they cleaned up each evening as they finished working as they were hauling dirt, gravel, etc. to our back yard from the street.
The project turned out exactly as we had planned it with no variation from the budget (except for a few add ons that we requested during the project). In fact, some of the third party work that had to be done (gas line, electrical work) was cheaper than estimated.
They were always responsive to our requests and questions throughout the project.
I'd highly recommend working with Shane's for any outdoor project.

Kathy was great with her planning of this job and her communication from estimate to completion was great. She asked the right questions to find out what kind of plants I liked at my previous address and what would work in the future for my "new" house. On the day of the work, she also went around the house to see what other needs they might fill that day which led to the use of the extra topsoil plus repositioning of landscape bricks near the bases of two trees. She explained at least two times the watering needs of the new plants. Can't forget, it was she who asked the crew to incorporate my rocks, fossils, very old watering can, etc. as additions to the new bed. All this looks great, quite a transformation, and I have enjoyed the many compliments received from neighbors and family. They even ask for the company's name with one person telling me she will give the name to others.

The whole experience was great! Kathy and her crew communicated with me on every step of the process. The removal went smoothly and so did the installation of the new landscaping. Great work done by great people! Use Shane's if you want great work done in a timely fashion!

Shane's sent a representative out to look at our space and prepare a quote. I went to the Stone Center to look at the selection of pavers available and was met by the project coordinator. She helped me to choose paver colors and styles. After receiving our quote and comparing it to others we chose Shane's. We made some changes which were no problem to accommodate and scheduled the service. The workers were efficient and careful and we are very happy with the results. The project coordinator followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and had no questions. Overall our experience went smoothly and we are very happy to recommend Shane's .

Took a while to schedule, since they had to work around the weather to insure completely dry topsoil and grading areas before starting. But they kept me updated, and after starting did a nice job of moving existing plants to save them in planter. areas, while cleaning up, grading, and seeding new lawn in a quite difficult area
with various slopes and obstacles to work around. They performed the work over two days when I was away on travel, advising me of progress by phone, and I was pleased they completed the work as we had outlined, even though I wasn't there to provide any advice. They did a nice job and went above and beyond what was originally discussed, cleaning up a lot of weeds and brush that had accumulated from previous storms, and extending lawn well beyond where we thought slopes and access would prevent planting. So far the lawn looks great and they have turned a weedy rough yard into an attractive gently sloping lawn. I am very pleased with the result, and felt their cost reasonable compared to other vendors and good value for the extensive work performed. It seems not a lot of landscape companies are not equipped to do major grading, fill, and lawn work, so I would definitely recommend this company for landscape projects up to and including that type of work.

These guys were terrific. They dug up, graded and installed paver patio w/bench and fire put in 3 days. They worked from the time they got here until the time they left with very little wasted down time. I was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. There was even a particular paver that wasn't fitting the way they wanted it to and they did not stop trimming and fitting it until it was done correctly. They also graded my yard, installed the boulder retaining wall and laid sod and mulch in my flowerbeds all in a timely fashion.

I highly recommend Shane's Outdoor Living and Landscapes. I selected Shane's based on Angie's List reviews and my initial interactions with them. When we started our project, I obtained three 3 quotations. The owner Rob was the only one of the three that actually came out to the house to see the area, obtain measurements, and provided a quotation along with a design diagram of the project. His pricing was competitive, but what really set his team apart was when I wasn't completely satisfied on the design, his designer came to the house with Rob and we worked on the design until we obtained perfection.
I was simply amazed at his team that completed our hardscape, Philipe and Jose. They worked with such great care an precision to ensure that every stone was laid correctly. They were so professional, courteous and dedicated to getting it right. As with any big project, there are always minor things that you discover after the completion of a project. Shane's responded very promptly to correct very minor issues. I was truly satisfied using Shane's and would not hesitate to use them again for another project or recommend them. My neighbors also commented on what a wonderful job they did.
