"I bought a home with partial hardwood flooring done by Steve (Stephen) Elkin. I wanted the rest of the rooms done so we scheduled an appointment for him to come estimate. After being scheduled for 2 weeks the day before our appointment Steve cancelled to which I wasn't impressed and decided I didn't want him doing my flooring. I asked him for the name of the floors he already installed to gain a match and he told me they were exclusive to him, which is very unbelievable a company would give a small town floor installer and exclusive. After that he proceeded to mock me as though he was a child. I highly recommend you do not hire Steve. I now have to have two different shades of floors in my home because he refuses to tell me the name of the floors he installed in half the home. Very unprofessional and childish."

Start the first row of vinyl planks along the longest or most visible wall in the room. This will create a clean, straight foundation row to build off of.
