He did a good job. He was on time for the appointment. There was one cleaner here doing the work. They results were pretty good but there were a few places where the spots came back.

They left the carpets real wet. They were clean but I wouldn't use them again because it was like walking and they were sopping wet. They didn't get the deep stains so I'm kind of like, I'm about ready to give up and buy a new carpet. The price was cheap.

It was great! The technician did good work.

The results were decent, but I can't say they were better than that.  No specific or grievous complaints.  The carpet was good, but past cleanings have left it in better shape, even taking into consideration additional age for this latest cleaning.

They seemed nice and the work went well. The ducts were very clean.

The 8 vents they cleaned were fine.  They forgot/left out 2 vents.  I never called it to their attention as I discovered it later after they had left our house and decided not to bother with it.

Did a very good job and was very efficient. I could tell immediately that the heating system was performing better, and months later I find that I have to change filters less often.

The service was fine. He came on time and was in and out in a short amount of time.

I asked him if the carpet would be wet. He said no. It was wet for 4 days.

Good job.  Air ducts clean and fresh smelling.  That is what I paid them to do.

The contact that came to our house was a nice guy and hard-working.  He walked through house with me to identify all the vents that would be cleaned to be sure none were missed / all were counted.  He then asked if I would be interested in having the carpets cleaned.  We had been wanting to have them cleaned for a while, but dreaded moving furniture or needing to be home to have it done.  I was already home for the day, and he said he would work around any big furniture and move any small furniture as needed to clean the carpets.  Also had him use the more aggressive brush (which removed all kitty hairball / vomit stains that had accumulated that seemed to keep coming back no matter how many times we cleaned by hand as they occurred) and apply a stain protector.  When he quoted the price and said he could do it all that day and we could walk on by evening, I didn't hesitate!  They looked great when done and have cleaned up much better thereafter - I assume due to the stain protector applied.
I wanted to have my couch, loveseat, and upholstered chair cleaned a few months later.  I decided last minute that I wanted all 3 pieces to be cleaned prior to a party we were giving over the weekend.  I called Aaron's Extreme first, but they were unable to accomodate my schedule, so I ended up using a different company for that work.  However, I would certainly call Aaron's again for any future needs.

We had the company come out to perform the service for the big deal.  It went great.  The company was on time, professional and polite.

I was a little confused about the deal and wound up paying more than I originally had thought. They explained the charges, and how the deal worked (applied towards the service). Apparently, I had asked for more than what the deal listed. That was fine, they did a great job, and felt like I paid appropriately.
