Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension."

He explained all my options in great detail and provided clear estimates for each option. I chose to do both inside and outside based on the age of my house. The team that performed the work was pleasant and professional and worked hard in 100 degree heat! The whole process took about 3 days and the Foreman kept me informed every step of the way. Another team came back about 12 weeks later to do an inspection and address any issues. Again, the team that came out was pleasant and professional and took care of everything that afternoon. Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."
