The original job was done according to our agreement. However, while the crew was under my house, they found the kitchen sink drain line leaking. The good price I was given to replace the 60' drain line quickly faded when I was quoted the price to add the kitchen drain repair. Keep in mind the crew was already here, and I was told it was just a matter of installing a new plastic fitting and re-glueing it. The plumber on site said it would take less than 15 minutes. Yes I do realize I could have decided to not use Metro for the additional repair, but they were already here and who wants their kitchen sink draining into your crawl space! The crew, Greg and Chad were good to work with and seemed very conscientious.
