"Alex is wonderful! Very patient with all of my questions. I’m a “why and how” girl. Alex found that the thermostat was the issue and not the heating element. I thought this was a great time to change the duct hoses. I was struggling with it and he was so very kind to show me how and to finish it for me. I have other appliances to be looked at. "I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."
