Jeremy and one of his team came out and replaced the hot water heater. What I was really impressed with is they used towels and wiped down the pipes, the hot water heater, and wiped the floor. "Be prepared to pay a travel/diagnostic fee of $79 and change, plus $80/hour labor, plus parts PER MACHINE in your house. If you say your machine is making a grinding noise and clothes come out wet, they assume you know what is wrong with the machine and that you're saying that the machine isn't draining--as if you an expert who has diagnosed your own machine. If the repair person does a check on parts of the machine, diagnoses one issue (but not all issues) that is the cause of your machine's functioning, and if the repair person changes a part, but your machine isn't still fully working, you will pay extra hourly labor for another visit. Paying for parts is one thing, paying labor when the first diagnosis wasn't correct or full is another thing. Paying multiple travel fees to visit the same house is also strange, compounded by adding these costs to the hourly labor. Our machines were half fixed. We'll find a good community partner to service our machines in the future."
