+ -1 moreMike was fearful that the problem was a failing pump in the well. Ultimately the problem was diagnosed to a clogged filter. Mike didn't charge for the phone diagnostics (> 30 minutes) and the situation was repaired in time for our renters.
Description of Work: Mike has installed two wells for me. First was 12 years ago a 280 foot well. Second was 4 years ago, an 85 foot well. Last week I had an issue with the 12 year old well. I had to call the company on a Saturday night because I had people renting the house from me the next day. Mike performed substantial diagnostics over the phone and arranged to visit the house the next day on a Sunday.
