I assume the reason is they are not paying for brick and morter and all the upkeep/support for that. They were on time, professional, polite, definately customer service oriented. I was always informed and they were happy to work with me to let replace bathroom fans after they removed all the attic insulation. They had good and well maintained equipment. The giant vacuum to remove the old blow in insulation was brand new. They hauled away the 15 or so giant bags of old insulation as soon as they were done removing it.
