On day one they ran out of the solution needed for the foam and had to run to Michigan on a Sunday to come back that Monday to finish it. Also there was some cleanup of the blown foam in the attic and when he brought his shop vac in to clean up the insulation I guess he didn't realize that his shop vac lid was loose or missing a bag??? "Work: Remove all 35 yr old attic insulation and replace to R49. I have nothing but good to say about this business. They were half the price of the other 3 quotes I got. I assume the reason is they are not paying for brick and morter and all the upkeep/support for that. They were on time, professional, polite, definately customer service oriented. I was always informed and they were happy to work with me to let replace bathroom fans after they removed all the attic insulation. They had good and well maintained equipment. The giant vacuum to remove the old blow in insulation was brand new. They hauled away the 15 or so giant bags of old insulation as soon as they were done removing it. Their high ratings are absolutely earned."
