"Me and my wife just had a pole barn built. One side of the barn will be my shop area for my mowing business and my wifes side will be completely finished for her Nail and Tanning salon. We hired advanced plumbing to handle all of the plumbing for the barn. They did an excellent job. Very clean work. They ran a water line to my shop so I would have a hose to spray off my equipment. Wifes shop plumbed and ready for a bathroom, a shop sink, pedicure chair water heater, and water Softener. Etc. Would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Garron and Miranda are great people and easy to work with. I will upload a few pictures of the shop progress."

Small jobs welcome

"The consultation visit was great. Mr. Lott was knowledgeable and went over the options. The installation team was great. Friendly, clean and did a great job. My only issue is that we reviewed where the tankless water heater was being installed including the electrical outlet, yet I had to use an extension cord to plug the unit in after installation. Now I am going to have move the electrical for the unit. For the price I paid I would have expected this to be done for me."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

An active cleaning agent and a drain snake is the best way to clean a main sewer line. You can purchase a regular or enzyme drain cleaner or make a DIY drain cleaner with baking soda. Use your chosen solution at least once a month or as needed to keep your sewer line clear.

Snaking a toilet is similar to clearing sinks and bathtubs, but there are unique circumstances where you’d have to drain, disassemble, and remove the toilet to fix the clog. For stubborn clogs in the toilet trap, a toilet auger—designed with a shorter cable and a protective plastic encasing—can navigate the tight bends and clear the clog without risking damage to the porcelain.

Some of the most common plumbing problems in mobile homes are frozen pipes, leaking pipes, clogged drains, and low pressure. Since the pipes in a mobile home aren’t as insulated as those in a standard build, they’re more susceptible to fluctuating temperatures and damage.

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems. To minimize the risk, consider installing drain covers or stoppers on your shower drains. Always keep drains closed when they’re not in use, especially in areas where snakes are known to be active.

If you’ll be digging up your floor to get access to your pipes when putting in a sewer backflow preventer, this would also be a good time to take care of any other plumbing issues or renovations. For example, you could install additional pipes for a basement bathroom. Since the floor will be sealed over with concrete when you’re done, now’s a good time to take care of those bigger tasks.
