This particular incident involved cleaning out a drain to prevent my washing machine from backing up into my kitchen sinks. Gardner arrived 30 minutes after my phone call and cleared the drain within 30 minutes.

Gardners came out and gave a me ball park estimate. They said that was the best they could do not knowing what they would get into once they started the work. The estimate was in the range that I had budgeted and told them to do the work. They came back the next day at the time they said they would. They replaced a large section of sewer line under the house and discovered that it was also leaking where it went through the wall going to the septic tank. They called in their excavating crew and they were there in a matter of minutes. They dug up about 4 feet of the line outside and replaced it. Fortunately they found PVC at that point and could connect to it. The job took they about 4 hours from start to finish and the bill was at the high end of the estimate. I was pleased with the work. They were very professional, and completed the work in the time frame they gave me. I would call them again if needed.

I LOVE gardner's plumbing. I've been using them for years and they never rip me off (which seems to be hard to find in kokomo). The price is always fair and they do great work. They're quick to show up and yeah, maybe their clothes are dirty but they're plumbers! They crawl in crawl spaces. They can't change their clothes 20 times a day! Anyways, good service and fair price so thats what counts.

This company is honest and I feel they can be trusted.

I pretty much desribed it all above. We just got the bill today 3/5/12 so it has not been paid yet. would like to talk to the owner about this situation. As far as price it was resonable if the work had been done right! But it was not.

They were late arriving. They did clear the drain in short order. But they were "overenthusiastic" and their clothing was dirty. I MIGHT call them again...good plummers are hard to find in this area.

He came in and replaced the valve and left. Quick and efficient.

As a new customer they treated me like a long-time customer. The owner came to check my problem the second time I needed them. They encouraged me to be certain to have them check anything that might need repair the first time I had them to my home so I wouldn't need to pay for extra visits.
