I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. Tim is Certified and specializes in Chimney Liner and Chimney Sweep through CSIA (Chimney Saftey Institute of American - #7380). He is also a Master Gardener. C&A's Chimney Sweep and Lawn Maintenance Services is a sole-proprietor company. The company is insured. I am willing to travel as far as 30 minutes (without travel cost) away from my place of business.

"Came out and checked out the chimney - chase cover had rusted and was letting water leak in ( had some staining on my ceiling ). Gave me a fair quote, had a custom stainless steel cover fabricated and installed quickly. They did a great job and would hire again."
