They are very nice, answered all my questions, came out in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They even offer a chimney service as well. I have had a very good experience with them.

Came and assessed for a new log set. They provided a replacement and installed it. I am pleased.

They were very good. They are fairly close, they had a unit that we liked, they had a competitive price, and they did a really good job.

They did a good job, and the quality of work was good. However, when I called them initially, they were not interested in coming out and servicing it because it did not necessarily come from them, and my general contractor had to convince them to come out. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were very punctual and knowledgeable. They follow through what they say they're going to do. The prices did not change from the quote. They are overall excellent and if I ever needed anything to do with fireplace, they are the only one I'd go.

It went well. These folks are very helpful in the store. The chimney cap they put on didn't hold, so they came out and put a different one on. About 6 months after installation, the blower fan on our stove acted up, and they replaced it no charge.

I am very happy with their work, they were absolutely flawless. They have an extensive inventory in their showroom, so you can select exactly what you want. They are very knowledgeable about their products specifically, and about fireplaces in general. Their installers were obviously very qualified and took a lot of extra time and care to not damage the door frames as they brought it in. Their original quote is exactly what the final cost was, they didn't tack on any extra fees. They traveled from Bloomington to Monrovia to do an estimate at no cost. The owner's name is Terry MacMorran. I also worked a lot with Brad King in the showroom. Greg and Dick were the installers, and they all did an amazing job. I highly recommend them, if you are looking for this kind of service, you should absolutely use these people!

The Fireplace Center had the unit in stock and scheduled the installation for us. The installers called ahead to let us know they were on schedule, and worked for three days to complete the installation. The unit was large, heavy, and complex, with air intakes and a remote blower. The workers were punctual, polite, professional, and neat. They were also prepared with parts and tools, and the installation went smoothly. They reinstalled vinyl siding on the exterior, with new pieces to frame the new vents. Their work was very good, and they worked with us to install custom framing for a corner fireplace installation, with additional blocking where heavy mantels would be attached to the new wall. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall professionalism of the workers.
