We are a window cleaning company that serves primarily residential customers (with some commercial customers) in Hendricks County and some surrounding areas, including certain areas of Marion, Morgan, and Johnson Counties. We take pride in our work and guarantee our services. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. Our prices include our signature window cleaning process: We wash, blade, squeegee, and polish windows inside and out and use a specific glass polishing product that keeps windows looking nicer longer. We also clean out tracks and window sills and wash and dry window screens.

Window Wizards cleaned my windows this afternoon and they look wonderful. The crew arrived on time, politely, quickly, and efficiently cleaned every window in the house, and finished with sparkling clean windows -- inside and out. I highly recommend Window Wizards and will be seeing them again this fall. It's amazing how this improved view makes the world look even better! I highly recommend them -- you will be delighted with the results.

Karla and her crew are very efficient and did a great job of cleaning our windows and storm doors. Stayed in communication on day of arrival to let me know of potential time change. Would definitely hire again!

Do NOT hire this company. I was a repeat customer and this time the cleaning was fine, however, several screens were damaged--at least 3 had a 4-5 inch tear. There were also smaller tears. I asked for repair costs and/or a partial refund and was told, "Your screens are very thin and the sun is very **** ** screens when they get old....we cannot be responsible for screens when they are bad to begin with." Regardless of the age of my screens, they were intact when this crew arrived at my house; when they left, the screens were damaged. They accepted NO responsibility for the damages, nor was there even a simple apology.

I found a rip in a screen after they had gone. I called the owner and she said it was already there. We could not come to an agreement on this. They also cleaned my atrium door and tried to charge me for that even though I specifically said not to do the atrium door. A screen was put back in upside down. An empty can that they had used was left on my dining room table. I was not informed of a trip charge until I saw the invoice. My furniture was pulled away from the windows and not put back. We did agree for me to deduct $20.00 from my invoice. I was told it was hot that day and they were in a hurry to finish.

"Wow! This customer had told me she was close to LEBANON. She was actually 45 minutes out! I went to the trouble of texting her when I got there so she could turn her alarm off then complained about a 25.00 trip charge. I know the quality of work we do...I also Take pride in the job that we do. A hole in the screen can happen from a lawnmower or a bird. We always exam and SCREENS before we take them out. I tried to explain all of that and she still wasnt happy. All over a $25 trip charge! Glad I won't be returning."

We have used Window Wizards for years. Karla is great to work with. She calls early to set up appointment; calls the night before and calls again if they are running behind schedule. No complaints from us.

All the windows are washed inside and outside in just a short amount of time. They clean the window sills and all window tracks if you have them. Absolutely above perfection!

I have used Window Wizards for several years, but the past two times have been major deviations from prior times. Last fall, a picture frame was broken and the front door was left unlocked. Today, a screen was dropped and forgotten. I put it back up in the window, as it was forgotten, along with cleaning the window! Two other screens were almost forgotten and a fourth screen was completely forgotten and left hanging outside; which I discovered, after they left. As they were leaving and I gave them the check and forgotten rags, from last time; the back door, window and screen had not been touched. Upon discovering the hanging screen in the bathroom, after they left, I noticed the track was still fairly dirty and went to inspect the rest of the windows. Nearly all window tracks, in each corner were still quite dirty, nothing like I have ever seen before. Every spring and fall, when I do my own heavy duty cleaning, as I know Karla has quite a busy schedule and living downtown, near I-70, my house attracts quite a bit of exhaust and soot, I always make sure to clean the windows, with the hose and power sprayer, from the outside, to minimize cleaning of the tracks and screens, so I was quite surprised to see the amount of dirt left behind, in the window tracks, after paying for cleaning service. Unless services have been reduced, that I was not made aware of, I am, unfortunately disappointed with the present level of service. :-(

The whole experience was fantastic and we would definitely hire them again. They couldn't reach the skylights in the attic roof, but I was kind of expecting that anyway. They were fast, friendly, and very thorough.
