"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"C&J is WONDERFUL and will be my first call from now on! They were able to get me in first thing the next morning- which was very good considering we have 4 kids and had been without water for going on 6 days. A plumber we hired to fix a leak in our main line ended up making it worse and the whole main line busted open.  Gary from C&J was able to locate the problem and had it all fixed in about an hour.  Very professional and honest, we appreciated not feeling like we were trying to be sold equipment or services we didn't need. "Job was done in timely manner. Cleaned nicely when job was finished. Danny W was my installer Came in removed old jetted tub and surrond .Fixed a plumbing issue with p trap in shower area. Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension."
