Many other smaller changes were made such as?closet?shelves and new?ceiling tiles in the downstairs apartment.?New construction included a large sun room, and converting existing garage into a bathroom, pantry and laundry room.?To this, we added two additional rooms and a garage.?Also, a side deck. "I was contacted promptly after purchasing the special offer through Angie's List. I was able to schedule the service within the timeframe I requested and Charles and his assistant arrived promptly at 7am. After explaining what I wanted I left for work. I was contacted when they were nearly finished and returned home to find everything neatly completed exactly as I requested--ancient bushes and ivy gone, roots and all--and my dogwood trimmed back.The project that would've taken me weeks to do was completed by them in a morning. A great deal and money well spent. Now that I know what Wesley Design & Contracting is capable of I'm making lists of more projects; apparently they offer a great many other services as well.

"Fritz was great to work with from start to finish! He was punctual, and extremely flexible with our moving-target schedule based on a whole house remodel. The finished product is just as described and anticipated. People actually comment on how good it looks - they offer a variety of base paint colors and then you can add colored chips in various combinations. We love the retro look!"

"They were very prompt on giving us an estimate and came when they said they would. Once we accepted the estimate we scheduled the work about 2 - 3 weeks out. Once again they were very prompt in coming when they said they would. Once the damaged paneling was removed they found they had to replace the studs and insulation behind the wall. This was not part of the original estimate but was understandable since they couldn't see the damage until they removed the paneling. The extra work was done at a very reasonable price. They ended up buying less paneling than they originally thought they would so they lowered the price accordingly. They were also willing and able to use some materials we already had (drywall and wood for the studs that needed replacing). They did most of the work the first day but had to come back a second day to do the painting and texture the ceiling. They tried texturing the ceiling the first day but the material they used didn't work out. But rather than leave it that way, they removed what they used and came back the next with something else which worked out just fine. They also cleaned up after the first day which means we could use the room that night and not have to worry about our cats getting into anything. The new wall and ceiling look great! Having our speaker wire above the ceiling looks a lot better also. They dropped the wire down from the ceiling as close as they could to where we wanted it. They couldn't put it exactly where we wanted it due to now the house was constructed. But we are very happy with the results and would have no problem working with them again."

And while we loved them for their historic charm, they were in pretty terrible shape. We chose Legacy and they did a superb job installing the perfect windows that blended perfectly with the rest of our home. We would not have gone a different way with that selection."

"The deck is beautiful and Steve made some great suggestions on how to redo the railings and the suggestion was perfect. ?We are still waiting on the storm door. ?The job was supposed to start the first of June and it is almost the middle of November and we are still waiting on the storm door. ?It seems like whenever I call him, they act. ?When I called Steve the last time, I was told the storm door would be installed either on a Monday or Tuesday so my husband stayed home and no one came. ?Haven't heard anything since. ?I did pay him for everything but the storm door. ?I would just like the door installed and then promise not to bother him again. We ended up ordering our own storm door and will have someone else install it."
