In 1976, Jeff Gatewood hung a handmade sign and began Allisonville Nursery with 15 spruce trees, hand-dug from a Michigan farm. The 3-acre plot across from the family owned airport in Fishers, Indiana was carved out of farmland that had been in the family for nearly 30 years and housed a 20 x 40 foot structure that once held a flower shop run by Jeff's mother. After moving half a mile north in 1985 after too many close calls with small aircraft, Allisonville Nursery now encompasses 5 acres and has expanded into a 7,500 square foot garden store and gift shop. We are as reliable as death and taxes and are always professional and in uniform. We also do not require contracts. We only use annual agreements that can be terminated at any time but just lay out in writing what you authorize just so there's never any confusion with pricing or what we are supposed to do. Last year we were voted the Best Lawn Service in the Greater Indianapolis Area by WRTV-6's A-List. We offer all services to the North and South Side of Indianapolis area and landscaping, aeration, and other higher priced services to the Greater Indianapolis Area.

"They require my email and mobile number to send text messages and newsletters. they won't give estimates unless I give them my cellphone number and email address. I was interested to get an estimate first, then I would be happy to provide my email and cellphone if I hire them, but not before. It made me very very suspicious for companies that demand this information before they get hired. My mailbox is full of garbage mails already, and all I ask for was an estimate, and this company won't give an estimate unless they get my email and cellphone number. There is definitely something wrong with this company, and prejudice to people that doesn't have computers or cellphone. People should know that if you don't have a cellphone or a computer don't bother to contacting this company."

Nate and his crew did a fabulous job making sure to maintain the rustic nature of the waterfall including the moss on the stones. The waterfall actually turned out better than the previous waterfall. They performed that work quickly and on schedule. They are experts in this area."
