"Purchased a used spa in Nov 2024, it is now July 2025 and it is sitting in pieces in my back yard STILL not set up or hooked up to electric as promised. Mismatched cover (no lift as promised) & old damaged mismatched skirt. Stan promises to be out ?next day? or ?this week? No calls & no show! I?m DONE I just want my money back and him to remove this monstrosity from my yard. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NOTHING BUT LIES AT EVERY TURN. Do NOT recommend!!!"

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"

"Called Jerry for a quote & he was out the following day for an estimate. After pool was installed, Jerry & his crew came out to run new electric service for pump w/timer & a separate GFCI for an additional outlet. They also grounded the pump & bonded the pool water & perimeter around the pool (overkill...but code in Portage). We were extremely satisfied with their work so we inquired about hooking up additional outlets in the garage & in our laundry room. Garage outlets were installed the same day & we will be having them back to hook up additional outlets in the laundry room."
