They did a pretty good job of removing the old vegetation. However there was no supervision and they destroyed plants that I specified I wanted to save. Ian decided to divide the job into 2 parts - removal and re-landscaping. It took nearly all summer to have the removal done and the cost quoted for the new landscaping was more than I wanted to pay THEM. Ian seemed to have trouble coming up with a design - and perhaps that’s not his strong suit. I have used this company in the past for smaller jobs and they were fantastic. Ian is great, but I just think he might be over booking.

Contractor called and said he would be by a week after I called to do an estimate. Contractor never showed up for the estimate. This was at least a month ago.

We contacted him at the end of April. He called about 2 weeks later to say he needed to measure and would stop by. It is now May 22, 2019, still haven't heard from him.

Got for Angie list. Paid 75 $ for house lawn cleaning 2years ago were supposed to come and clean never came and never return money please dont promote scammers for robbing hard earned money

On the first lawn treatment a gouge was taken out of my asphalt driveway and skid marks were left at several places on my lawn. I phoned, texted, and spoke to Ian about coming out to discuss this damage before a second visit, and to assure me it would not happen on next visit. Ian apologized after first email exchange but after repeated requests on the phone and text, for an in person visit Ian never came over to discuss. I know lawn care folks are busy this time of year, but the damage happened on July 24, and as of Aug. 18 Ian has not responded. I sent him a text and letter telling him I'll be looking elsewhere for future lawn care.

We called him to get a bid and made an appointment. He called before the appointment and said he'd have to cancel so we rescheduled. He didn't show up on the next scheduled appointment and did not call. About 3 weeks later, he left a message to see if we still needed his assistance. We didn't call back. We realize that this is his busy season, but a courtesy call would have been polite.
