"I am very concerned at this negative review , I completed this work over 10 months ago, [Member Name Removed] has failed to say it was my concern and good reputation that sent the diver to try and detect a leak [Member Name Removed] claimed he had, We at Richards Pool service have always resolved any problems, If we were not in constant contact with [Member Name Removed] how would I have sent a diver at Richards Pool Service cost, we received so many calls from [Member Name Removed] explaining how 1/16 or 5/32nds of an inch had gone out of the pool , the reason the liner took 2 days is because we ensure every customer a wrinkle free liner and the I had to return a second day to have the sun just right to accomplish that, I returned four times to [Member Name Removed] house to find out where the water was leaking from, it was then after narrowing down after several attempts that I found the cracked return fitting( we NEVER charged [Member Name Removed] any extra money at any time ) Again I am very very alarmed to get such a negative review almost a year later when [Member Name Removed] pool is in perfect working condition because Richards Pool service went out of its way to provide the kind of service we are known for, as far as the screw on the pool bottom , that has never been determined to be a screw, I am sorry that [Member Name Removed] is not happy , but to give a review SO negative at the beginning of a new year almost a year later sounds like [Member Name Removed] is having a bad day!"

"We are a company who are always compelled to do the best workmanship we can, The liner was installed with great detail on Quality, the problem with liners is they are not puncture proof, on the very first day the customer swims in the pool a hole can develope by many different reasons. The fact that we tried to find the hole reflects that we did try to identify the problem, there are insurance policys the customer can purchase seperately to cover such a problem. If the hole in the liner would have been visable ,we would have had NO problem patching it, the liner manufacturer does give a free liner replacement in the event of a split seam or any workmanship defect in the liner, because we are checking on the level of the customer's pool during the winter means we do care as a company, Richards Pool Service is a family company and we are all brothers who still do the work , we DO take pride in our workmanship and as the president of Richards Pool Service I personally will check on the status of the customer's Pool this summer and try and rectify the problem, Thank you Tom Richards"
