Pro Electric

Called Jerry for a quote & he was out the following day for an estimate. After pool was installed, Jerry & his crew came out to run new electric service for pump w/timer & a separate GFCI for an additional outlet. They also grounded the pump & bonded the pool water & perimeter around the pool (overkill...but code in Portage). We were extremely satisfied with their work so we inquired about hooking up additional outlets in the garage & in our laundry room. Garage outlets were installed the same day & we will be having them back to hook up additional outlets in the laundry room.

It was a simple job and the work was done although a light switch was installed upside down. Very unprofessional. Charged an outrageous amount for the services performed.

They were courteous, fast, efficient and did more than I called them for. The two extra outlets were placed in difficult spaces. It was extra work because we only called them for the outlets which weren't working. They had to wait while we cleared out the area allowing them access. I neglected to ask for an estimate before the job but the work was done within what I thought an appropriate cost, so no big bad surprises. I was entirely happy with the service provided and feel good about recommending them to others.

Jerry was punctual, and did a fantastic job. All prior communication to installation was very professional. Would highly recommend Pro Electric...awesome customer service and work.

Three gentlemen arrived on time and replaced the ceiling fans. One of the fans had a remote control which had a glitch in it. I called Pro Electric that same day and they showed up within a couple of hours. We bypassed the remote so we could turn the light on using the wall switch. We kept the remote control option to control the fans. I am happy with their work and would use them again when we have an electrical issue.

Everything went better than I expected. Very minimal drywall damages to run everything we had run. Very friendly, professional, honest and had great advice for saving money. Work was done timely and for an extremely reasonable price.

He came out within 30 minutes of being called. He gave us a price and came out the next day. He was very fast.
