These projects often include structural modifications, tile flooring, wood flooring, custom backsplashes, drywall, painting, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sinks, toilets, faucets, HVAC, and appliance installation. We only take on one project at a time to ensure we can get in and out at quickly as possible. We are very fair on pricing due to our small staff size. Forge Remodel partners with several central Indiana suppliers who have showrooms available to help design your project exactly how you envision it. "We hired Miranda Tile and Flooring LLC for a master bathroom tile installation. Julian Miranda required a cash deposit, payable upon signing, with a promised start date of September 29th. After providing all necessary materials per his list, we attempted to confirm logistics the day before the start. Mr. Miranda cited a court appearance as a delay, then claimed he would arrive later that day but never did. He rescheduled for the next morning; again, he failed to show, causing us to lose both time and money. Multiple attempts to reach Mr. Miranda went unanswered. Due to his breach of contract, we canceled the agreement and demanded a refund of our deposit, but he has ceased all communication. We are now pursuing recovery of our funds through legal channels. This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, and we strongly advise others to avoid this business."

"Cut up and stacked three downed trees from high line winds in back. Richard came on time, 9:00 a.m. and finished around 12:00-12:30. Cut them up and stacked the wood and cleaned up well. I would hire again."

Contractor kept demanding more money but never showed up with materials. Basically stole $8,000 from me and is now running. Couldn't be served with court documents because business was abandoned, mail returned, and not answering phone. There are no words to describe how big a mistake it was to do business with this company."
