As we stated we do charge a very low flat rate dispatch fee of $29 to have a licensed plumber come out and review the project in order to provide an estimate. We do hold to our pricing and in order to do so we will need to review the project. We do not provide pricing via email with out seeing the project to avoid providing a cost we cannot hold to. I apologize if you felt the technician was not knowledgeable, please note that we take pride in having very knowledgeable, trained and licensed technicians. After reviewing your feedback I did look further into your service all and found that there were no services performed. Our technician came out in order to locate the source of your leak and provided you with a variety of options for repair/replacement. The reason you have $300-$600 listed is that our technician provided you with options for us to provide and install a toilet or for us to install a toilet you provided. Both were declined. If you would like to discuss this further I would be happy to speak with you as we take pride in our customer service and workmanship. I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Thank you"
