"[Member Name Removed], I apologize that our follow up was not quicker. We do typically like to get back within a few days as a general rule of thumb. In that regards your expectations are very reasonable. As contractors we do specialize in roofing, siding, windows , and gutters. When it comes to other trades we do have some relationships we are comfortable referring because of our history of knowing their integrity and craftsmanship. When it comes to your masonry request , we did reach out to our network, and waited on returned calls which is what caused our delayed response. We were unable to refer anyone that I would be willing to put our name on the line for, and risk poor quality for you. I apologize we were not able to deliver your request. We knew you had been chasing the problem for a long time and I was unwilling to compound the problem by potentially sending you someone we were unsure of. I hope you can appreciate our conservative stance as we hold high standards for our clients. We want you to only receive the best. I could not confidentially send someone potentially putting you at risk. I do hope you understand the reason behind our position and you can appreciate our intent to protect you was more important than another sale to us. Customers will always come before profits. He offered to credit me $300 based on a quote to re shingle the roof, which I never got that quote either.

My Angies list rep and I have dug into this to find out you actually have a Fort Wayne address. I did locate your file and the gentleman that handled your inspection is no longer with our company. We separated ways about the time of your inspection. If something has fallen through the cracks I can simply apologize and assure you this is quite rare. I set an appointment with Jason for an estimate, and it was cancelled twice due to threatening weather. Jason did cancel with reasonable notice and rescheduled. I did finally receive an estimate by text and then email but never received one in writing. The cost was significantly higher than the current coupon price so during the last week of August I requested via email that Jason review his bid and asked if he could do the job for the coupon price. He responded that he would check with his management team to see if he could do anything for me. When I had heard nothing by 9/11 I emailed again and asked if he had any feedback on my questions. Jason did not respond and I've not heard from Kingdom Construction again, so I chose another contractor.
I can't speak to the quality of their construction but I was disappointed at the lack of professionalism I experienced with this company.

We run promotions for specific periods often attached to promotions with our suppliers, or manufacturers. I am sorry that you do not feel this is fair. I am glad that Jason did give you ample time on the cancellation as roof estimates can only be given during fair weather. In regards to the estimate delivery, our standard practice is to review in person all of our proposals. If this has not happened on your particular project I apologize and we will cure that on our end. It is our goal that all of our clients are satisfied and I am disappointed we did not get the opportunity to show you the quality of our work. I hope the company you chose treated you well.
