"Overall the entire process went well. Ty was our initial point of contact for the process. He was incredibly polite and responsive to our needs, wants, and questions. Installation took place later that same week and Nick took care of that part of the process. Nick arrived on time and was again very polite and professional. The install took a little longer than anticipated though through no fault of Nick's. A couple of unexpected speed bumps set us back on time but did not derail the completion of our installation. "Theo responded to my request immediately with a phone call. We set an appointment for the next week. When Theo arrived, he assessed the wiring and sensors that were in the house. Then he explained how the system would work, that he could integrate the smoke alarms as well, and could install it two days later.
