Great.  Ty was a referral to me from a neighbor.  We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge about security systems.  He gave us all of the options and from that helped us map our solution.  Our decision to use ADT was largely based on Ty and his personal service as well as ADT's national reputation. 

Our meeting was on a Saturday and we appreciated his willingness to come to meet with us on a weekend.  After we agreed to the plan, he wrote everything up and scheduled the installation.  All this took less than 2 hours.

We highly recommend Ty Gray for anyone looking for a security system.

Overall the entire process went well. Ty was our initial point of contact for the process. He was incredibly polite and responsive to our needs, wants, and questions. Installation took place later that same week and Nick took care of that part of the process. Nick arrived on time and was again very polite and professional. The install took a little longer than anticipated though through no fault of Nick's. A couple of unexpected speed bumps set us back on time but did not derail the completion of our installation. I was pleased with TY Enterprises.

The entire process was great! TY Enterprises was patient as they counseled us toward the best fit for our home and our needs. Once we decided our needs, an installation was scheduled and took place 2 days later. Installation was convenient, too. The technician, Nick, showed up on time, was polite, and professional. We were very impressed with TY Enterprise's expertise and very satisfied with the work they performed.

Our intrusion agent was Ashley-she was very informative about the system and how it could benefit us and offer great protection. Our installer Nick was very helpful with showing us how to operate the system --no complaints and everything is working just fine --no problems---

Scheduled installation date went as planned. Our home has been under construction from a new addition we are now ready for ADT to come back and install the final outdoor camera, door sensor, and glass breaks for the new rooms!

I would highly recommend TY enterprise! The intrusion agent Ty was very knowledgable and didn't take a false interest in me but I beleave he truly wanted to help get the right services from ADT to protect my family.He really took the time to show the advantage of ADT over other security providers. We contacted TY Enterprises ADT security system after moving into our
new building for business. He arrived  the very next day. He was able to give us an immediate estimate as other security systems companies we contacted said it would be 7-10 business days to get an estimate.
 He walked us through the building giving us his professional advice with certain areas of the
building he would have devices installed to insure the most protection if a break in would ever to occur.
Nick and Ty  were very  professional and easy to work with. I recommend them all the time!

My ADT rep contacted me over the weekend to ensure that my son and I were doing okay and to confirm our installation for Monday morning.  The installation technician was promptly on time and took the time to explain every aspect of my system and left his card with me should I need any immediate help as well as the contact numbers for additional tech support.  My Rep has followed up with me to see how the system is working for my family and if I have any concerns that need to be addressed.  I will be adding additional security using this company and have already recommended them to several other people.  Thank you for helping to restore the most valuable thing taken from this terrible experience, my sense of security.  Your professionalism and service have been invaluable to me.  THANK YOU!

Ashley came to our house and answered all of our questions about the security system and she set us up for an appointment to get it installed. The installer Nick came out to our house and installed our security system and it was installed very fast. It didn't take long at all they both were very nice.

They were wonderful. Ashley came out to meet us & walk through the house, making recommendations for what equipment we needed, then scheduled an installation date. On the installation day, Nick did a great job of not only installing the new system, but explaining it as well. Would definitely recommend TY Enterprises for anyone wishing for a little more security, while home & away!!

Ashley, Aryn and Nick the installer were on time for my service, they were very helpful with letting me know every step nick was doing they were very helpful letting me know how the system works they were pleasant and very knowledgeable. Installing took less than the 2hrs timeframe, no wires showing and very professional. I was in need of quick service and TY Enterprise was there to help. I received an immediate response from Ms. Aryn and an appointment for installation was set up. Ms. Aryn was very prompt and knowledgeable about the services they offer. They did a great job installing the ADT System and explaining how everything works. I definitely would recommend Ms. Aryn with TY Enterprise to help you with your home safety needs!

My experience was good.  They went fine.  So far they have been real reliable.

I cannot say enough nice things about Chris at Secured Home Solutions.  Chris was extremely helpful in evaluating our house and security needs, while at the same time never seeming pushy.  Absolutely no upsell!  You can tell he is genuinely concerned about helping people feel secure in their own homes. 
Chris came out for an initial consultation, and because of issues with my schedule, he returned a few days later for the install.  In fact, when I asked if we could do the install earlier in the day because of a sudden change in my schedule he was extremely accomodating.  All along, his communication was top notch.  Chris is very responsive, and goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service.
On the day of the install, Chris and 2 other men from his ADT team completed the install in about an hour, with no issues whatsoever.  Chris then stayed and took his time explaining the system to my wife and me.  He set up our portals on our home computers, and patiently walked us through the ADT Pulse app on our phones, until we were comfortable with everything. 
A week later, Chris followed up to make sure we were happy, and had no issues.  He insists that if there are any problems with the system, contact him first, and I will gladly do so, as he is so easy to work with, and so dependable and responsive.

Chris and his installer were very nice and professional  we loved doing business with them. They were supposed to be out at 7:30 but didn't arrive until closer to 9, they ended up having trouble with a project before us. They maintained communication when they new they wouldn't make our appointment and kept us up to date on when they would arrive. Christ spent extra time making sure we new the in and out of our system and answered all of our question. We will definitely be using Secured Home Solutions for our security needs.
